My mate also done it at work, if you like bird feed and are really lazy and have no shops near you then yeah its an ok deal but to be honest its more often than not over priced bird seed. My 2 pence.

Spice island is a must! If you look for a pub in old portsmouth you'll find a pub called spice island, you wanna ride there! All along southsea sea front is awesome, rocks, gaps, ledges all sorts. And around the Guild hall there's some good ledges, seats and walls. Thats all i can think of at the mo. Spice island - spice island inn

Dont know what your transport situation is like but i rode Worthing (which is just down the road) a couple of weeks back and ive got to say it was an amazing place and we only really rode the seafront, there's some sweet rocks and ledges and gaps and all kinds to suit all kinds of riders, as for Brighton I can only imagine that it would be amazing. Hope that helps somewhat.

There's no right way or wrong way, personnal preference my dear friend. Myself i can turn on the back wheel to right no problem, to the left is a complete bum!

Apparently there's some good tutorial videos on youtube that can teach you how to build/tru a wheel.

I would have to agree with most of what Laurence--Trials has said, saying that i have a bionic b5r, check the bike shed u should see sum piccies, i went from a ICE which had a +70BB rise then moved to the b5r, i didnt no what to expect but jus went 4 it, and i dont regret it, yeah it felt a lil weird at first on 2 wheels, but as a trials rider i seem to spend quite a lot of time on the back wheel and ive gotta say the bike does feel amazing on the back wheel. I would go for it, great value frame and it rides really nice.

'Close, but no cigar' isnt it? Or is that jus me? lol Google knows all... Meaning Fall just short of a successful outcome and get nothing for your efforts. Sounds a bit harsh put like that.

I changed my cranks on the weekend and my onza cranks had this insert, and Rob's right it should jus screw out, i changed to try-all cranks which do not need the insert. I found it harder getting the freewheel off the cranks rather than removing this brass insert. So you'll b fine mate!

Wouldnt worry too much about the email, there was plenty of spare places at the Bristol one.
