I was just wondering if anybody rides in cowm quarry, i'm going to go with my dad he says it's good for cycle trials but he's a moto trials rider and i don't know whether to trust his judgement, is it any good??

I use my right foot forward and prefer to hop to my right, i've tried hopping to my left but it feels unnatural, do whatever's more comfortable

I'm using an RB designs 4 bolt booster, never slipped and i'm always riding in the rain using onza lime pads (recomended for dry weather)!! Also a sharp grind helps...

That's why i said you can shot blast it before the wire brush part!

One of the ways to remove the paint would be to shot blast it, but if you don't have the facilities to do that you could use a wire brush but you wont get a good finish, I would advise anyone not to do it though, the weight you lose is minimal, also its a lot of work to get it off with a wire brush, took an evening to do some break mounts. the paint on a bike is primarily to protect it, as soon as the paint comes off it oxidises, so although you can shed an unnoticeable amount of weight, the life of the frame will depreciate, try buying some lighter pedals or something, that should shave a bit of weight.

what year is the rip, if its the 09 then white rims and black tape will match the black logo on white frame

there's a few half decent rocks in greenhead park, i've been riding in pouring rain and still managed to get loads of grip on them
