  1. I'd advise you stay away from Onza (please no one argue this is just my opinion) from past experience I've found these don't tend to ride well, every ride something broke on my old Onza, it got to the point I bought a well used 05 Zoo pitbull off ebay and have not had a single problem with parts breaking... take this guys echo^... that really is a good price if it isn't half dead
  2. well if i've understood this right, http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/rim_brake/magura_hs33_lever_2005/c557p329.html thats the lever body and lever blade without the pipe and cylinders... i've never used foam grips so can't help you there although if they're not glued on and the foam is flexible, then i'm sure they should just roll off, but i could be wrong

  6. It's russian standard.... don't worry, i've decided not to waste it
  7. hello people, this may seem like a stupid question, but I was just wondering whether a vodka water bleed would work? no one in my house really drinks vodka and we have a fair bit so I was thinking of putting it to some use, is it safe to do? do you think it's worth it?
  8. A little kid asked me if i was training for the Olympics the other day... Made me giggle
  9. what this guy said... I ride like I'm angry at the floor and I only just got my first puncture in them on Sunday after 4 months of using them
  10. I can't see this getting many replies but a good number of people have pulled out of a Huddersfield ride tomorrow, just wondered if there's anyone out there available for a ride?
  11. a lot of people swear by hs33 but you can get just as much power out of a vee, its all down to pads/how well the break is set up, only problem i've found is if its a "cheap" vee brake calliper it can break and ruin the brake, and the hs33 are a little easier to maintain I can't say i've used adaptors but I can't really see it adding too much weight to feel a difference, just as long as you have the booster on to stop it from pivoting around the v posts
  12. The riding's awesome but the music lets it down :/.. still awesome though
  13. they might not work well with your rim, mine have stopped working at all now, i can only get them to hold with tar, dissapointing considering the price of them
  14. yeah 16:13 would work 16:14 is what you would consider the "normal" gear ratio, im running 16:14 and it feels just right tom me.. the only way you can know for sure is to try them both out and see which one you prefer
  15. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/20_inch_tyres/onza_sticky_fingers/c42p11681.html should do the job
  16. closed this off as my mum walked in... your bike is porn O.o
  17. Hi all, as the title says theres going to be a huddersfield ride on saturday 18th feb, never organised a ride on trials forum before so it should be good to find some other huddersfield riders train station 11am
  18. how long have you had the bealeys? i hated them at first.. they slipped and i got no sound... even when they were perfectly set up, then gradually they started to get loud and now never slip even when they are set up slightly out... i think they all take a while to get working, just go down a road whith your break on, it worked for me it might work for you too
