Has anyone tried a fresh rim grind with black maggie pads? and how did it turn out? I've seen tarty bikes saying that they work quite well on a fresh grind
Running echo urbans the old school ones with a echo mod stem, yes this is on a stock bike
Did not know jaf bikes done a steerer tube extensions ill have a look, thank you
I was thinking about shaveing some off the stem at the top and bottom to see if that would help, its an echo stem. and atm its a shi**y Cane creek headset.
now then guys.
I've got myself another stem to put on my stock but my forks are a bit short (when i got them they had been cut down) when i put the stem on the forks with out any spacers the stem clamps up to over the first bolt but half way up towards the second bolt. So my question is what is really safe? Has anyone else had this problem? or if they got away with running one bolt?
Cheers guys
