  1. Huh? On the login screen for windows xp? You can't go on an account unless you have the password. You also need to put a password on the default Administrator user that doesn't show up because you can just press Ctrl + Alt + Del and log in as the admin without a password... Should work, I've never seen a cancel option on the win Xp login screen.
  2. On windows XP? A password when you turn the computer on? Go on 'Control Pannel > User Accounts' and you can create new users and passwords. I think that's what you mean anyway  Adam

    Linux Help

I'm new to linux and I've just finished downloading & installing redhat 9. I have no knowledge of linux and fancy giving it a bash.. Before I get started though I want my internet woking on linux so I can read and follow some guides and crap to get a general feel of it. I have a speedtouch 330 external USB modem. I've googled it and found This linux drivers for my modem. Thats not the problem though, I downloaded the drivers on windows and put them onto my usb storage stick so I could go back to linux and install them from there. I put the pen drive in the USB thingy and nothing happend allthough it showed up in '/mnt' and when I removed it, it dissapeard from '/mnt'. So it's detecting the stick but it says theres 0 files on there.... I went back to windows and I could see the files in windows (with the linux extentions) .tar .sh and some others. Why aren't they showing up on linux? :"> Thanks Adam :">
  4. Bboorrrrrrriiiinggggggggg Has anyonne got this?
  5. Why did the peice of grass leave home? ...........Cause his dad was a sod :( ....
  6. Women are three times more likely than men to develop carpal tunnel syndrome, perhaps because the carpal tunnel itself may be smaller in women than in men. The dominant hand is usually affected first and produces the most severe pain. Persons with diabetes or other metabolic disorders that directly affect the body's nerves and make them more susceptible to compression are also at high risk. Carpal tunnel syndrome usually occurs only in adults.
  7. The truvative is probably best if you can get hold of one. You've got a BT now haven't you? I reakon you're best bet would be the FSA DH pro it's 128mm x 73mm even though the shell size of the BT is 68mm. It's probs best to buy one of those and get 1 or 2 bb spacers... I've had mine like that for 6 months and it's never come loose or anything. Unless you wanna fork out £60 for a koxx one
  8. Great vid but smooth? Those drops were landed (last 2) so bad! Made me cringe :ermm: Not saying that I could do better they just looked awful :) Everything else was great :)
  9. Bloody 'ell this vid must be popular.... I've tried downloading it the past 2 hours and only been anle to get 5kbps download speed.... Booo :ermm: I want it :(

    Rear Hub

  11. Try This Direct link Yay! I actually orderd some, I really needed one and all the others aked for my phone number and ended up invalid :D Anyhoo, cheers for that ;)
  12. Yeah CS owns! I only really like the origional one though CS:S takes up waaayy to much resources and I can only get like a max of 50 fps (Not that that's bad) I just don't really like it. People using 'hacks' on CS have got so bad in like the past 2/3 months! Allmost every single server that isn't VAC protected is guarenteed to have one. Even when you're actually skillful at the game and don't use hacks you get called a cheater and get voted off etc so it's all gone a bit gay, but it's still good fun! I prefare all of the old half life1 games + mods, I'm not keep on HL2 and all the updates :) We should try make another trials-forum CS/CS:S/HLDM2 game, not that they ever work :)"
  13. You don't remember scatman john? :) He was the old geezer from liverpool I think who sang 'I'm a scatman' and 'Scatmans world' Fookin legend!!
  14. Mine came brand new with gaps in it. I thought it was a bit dodge myself but like Will said, it will closen under tention.
  15. I think it also doesn't help all the new people to trials generally buy onzas 'cause they're cheap and good quality. I guess you could say since the new-members trials scene is full of onzas it's kinda of giving Onza a nooby image? IMO Onza did start off with a crap reputation mainly due to theire own fault, having dodgy snapping frames etc. Allthought about what Mark said about the old frames being 4 years old, you can't really pass that as an excuse. All of the new trials brands (BT, Zoo, Koxx etc) if koxx's first load of frames were wank and snapped easy they would probably be in the same position as Onza. 3/4 years ago I wouldn't look at onza when buying new things. Since then they've grown shit loads and I think they're now deffinaty one of the top companys, it seems as thought the past is allways going to be there to haunt them though. Adam

    My New Ride

Told you so  Diffrent in a better way, it feels a lot more 'trialsy' :P . I don't know it's weird... Just try taking the spacers off and moving them to the top, only takes 2 mins and I doubt you'll regret it.

    My New Ride

Ah well I've bought some fattys now so I guess I'll be keeping 1100. You should loose the headset spacers.. I had some on and when I took em off it felt so much diffrent.. (Y)

  20. Theres a computer fair on every wednesday at wigan pier. They have like 2 or 3 stalls in there that chip them for around 20 quid. I've seen a PS2 chipping stall at allmost every computer fair they do it right there for around 20-40 quid depending how much competition they have from other stalls.

  24. If you live in a scummy area with wankers around, don't make it to reconisable. People drunk on the front pissing around, loud music, etc. Last house party I went to was exactly the same and a bunch of around 5 chavs came and called all there mates, there was about 20 in the end. They were just taking all the alchohol, hitting people with beer bottles and stole the spare car keys (good idea to now have those on show to lol) they came back the next morning and tried to rob it. Allthought when the only realised they had been remove the car battery.
