thats what i guessed but i was thinking cos the BB has absolutely no movement at all and spins smoothly if you just roll the cranks backwards that it was probably ok

ive changed the pedals on my bike tightened my isis middleburns as much as they can go, and checked the BB for movement but ever damn time i take a bloody pedal stroke i keep getting this crunch, crunch, crunch!! repeatedly!!! if i pedal really lightly and take the pressure off a fair bit its silent, if my bikes been left in the rain its silent, but if i push hard on the pedals or bounce on the right crank pointing downwards its makes the crunch noise, i can also feel it in the through the pedals when its crunches. and there is no crack on the frame. any suggestions? if i need a new BB what one is good for a koxx 1065 levelboss (ISIS) p.s. sorry for my poor knowledge but i havent been able to keep up with the trials scene due to work etc.

Avoid a PA amp if you want to run this setup unless you get PA speakers cos trust me from words of experience stereo speakers will not handle a PA amp. You really want to get an amp from an old seperates system, usually they will have a channel A and B you wanna use the cable deagledaddy said about to connect to the input on the amp and use the speaker outputs to go to the speakers. If you dont have a channel A and B you can always use one pair of speakers on the left channel and one pair on the right channel and use the balance controller as a fader effect, this isnt the most professional way of doing things but it works. Also try and find an amp that has bass and treble controls or find a graphic equalizer simply because the sound coming out of the ipod will be pretty crappy especially if its a "line out" If you need to know anything more about your setup add me to msn on i have an tried all methods of stereo setups and now have an entire PA system so i have a good idea on what im talking about)

i still think my idea outrules all CINEMA PROJECTION! you know them things they use in science labs and crap at school, thats the ones, you can pick one of them things up much cheaper than the 100's of pounds for a big tv, takes up less space by far gives you a huuuuuge picture and you cant spill drinks on it :) my idea would be to paint you walls maybe a deepish blue colour if you like blue then have one bright white wall with the projector pointing at it, some nice dimmed lights and you got yaself a home cinema, get yaself a good stereo system for it and watch the fast and furious films and crank the volume right up stu (Y)

im a web designer for a company called easco, untill now their website was hosted by this neo-optic company and they charge some rediculous amount of money to maintain the site per month. Im kicking them outta their job and need to find a new host for the website, i would prefer a good bandwidth limit with pretty fast server capabilities. also fairly cheap, not uber cheap that its gonna be a poor service but not something like £100 a month. any help will be greatly apreciated. cheers, stu (Y)

ive noticed that trials has built my arms and legs up quite a lot, in the 4 years ive been doing it from the age of 12 to now 16 but now i dont get to ride as often cos im at work and dont have the after school spare time, god i miss that! i really really dont have time for the gym and dont wanna waste my weekends on it because i wanna ride which im thinking a weekends riding is plenty of excercise. i seem to have a layer of flab over my gut but underneath that is some rock hard muscle when its tensed I have weights that i use at home, but is there anything else i can use or do to help me get to MR UNIVERSE?

maybe the driver? i had this problem myself just a few days ago except my computer didnt recognise a cd drive at all so i had to take the computer apart to find out the make and model of it!!! i suggest rebooting the computer to see if this helps, if not then go the the manufacturers website and download the neccessary driver, hopefully this should sort the problem out.

hmmm seeing as im the one who started this thread i think its about time i put a reply in, level 4 no problemo, these links to pages and other things are quite helpfull guys. as for people using "sub7" as trojans and other such things like "let me rule" etc thats not hacking, thats just infecting someone whos dumb enough to not have an antivirus on a computer or will listen to you when you say, turn it off then it will work. a tip for some people at the very start of wanting to learn this look for "binding" programs you can bind a jpeg image with an .exe file and send it to somebody when they open the file the server file will open with the picture. LOOK FOR DATKILLER! if you can find this on the net or anywhere you have the golden tool, this will disable antivirus software and firewalls allowing you to gain access dont, mess with peoples systems, do not damage them and do not thieve information, this is not what hacking or cracking is about, get in and get out without getting caught and feel proud that you have cracked the system, the main goal, DONT GET CAUGHT

the cheapest quote ive had ever was from norwichunion.co.uk i work in a scrap yard as web admin network supervisor etc. and a car come in with a damaged rear bumper and faded paint, however its absolutely mint inside and under the bonet (how do you spell?) and its a 1993 (L reg) 1.6 16v mondeo. lets get the roadtrips going. i got quoted £1455 which is only about £50 more than i got quoted on a 1.3 escort hmm wonder what i will have seeing as i paid £20 scrap value for the car :P cant wait till im 17 VROOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooom stu :P

HAIL WAYNIO i saw a place where you could get them from in MBUK but that was aaaaages ago, some little advertisement in small writing, something stupid like £38 but they were damn good. if you can find some on the net somewhere mate get em, they are good, coming from me and waynio, how could you ever doubt us? :- stu :P

from my experience cages have always outdone platforms in wet weather. If you wanna go for some caged pedals look for the clubroost 2d's they are the best ive seen, brilliantly light, excellent grip and super duper uber smooth bearings nowt a problem with them ever, just a little costy

pro's as you say do use them, but the likes of vincent hermance and other people very very very rarely touch there bashguard or pedals, hence they would much prefer to have ultimate grip that platform pedals just cannot provide. ive tried cages for ages and loved them but demolished too many sets, platform pedals seem to be much better if you go harsh on them.
