the other night i had a glass of milk(aprantly it lines your tummy?)and ate loads of food made myself full up and i felt fine the next morning. little tired though...didnt get into bed untill 6.. haha my first time gettin"pissed"too went out front riding basically naked. whihc was nice and frefreshing then my mate went on my bike and pulled the front brake and nearly went over the bars haha
