WTF!!!!!!! that lad is absolutly insane. im giving up............. that was well inspirational. How old is Joe just out of curiousity???? 17/18??? or is he the wrong side of 20??? Hopefully the onza team will be riding london at some point next month, is there any chance joe would be about????i really need to see this lad ride that uni cycle. Wayne.
  4. When does the team receive their new Tensioners and rims??? il need them for my UBER PiMp Zenith iv got on the go, the head tube looks muchos better than Hermances! and its probably still stronger. hehe. Wayne. Ps pics of this new bike will be out as soon as frame is returned to me, maybe 2 weeks, but iv got the "Onza Citrus" brake pad theme going on, lemon and lime? shaken not stirred.....
  5. Nice shots,,,,, i was just luking at them thinking, im sure some of them are shipley..... When your next up this way dan give us a shout and il pop out for an old cycle ride Pics are pretty nice, you get the general atmosphere and size of the moves from the riders body position Wayne.
  6. i think i blinked!!! or was the flash too bright..............haha i think we all got "loose" enough, who cares how you look, the night was WiKiD! The Boss is Chris, look how wasted chris is he was out after us, but deffinatly caught up on the "beer count" absolute star. Wayne.
  7. mint MINT pictures.............. brings back memories some of those places. if any of you are going back anytime soon let me know. would love to go there again. Photography is absolute TOP BO**OX Wayne.............
  8. im 24 and still love riding to bits, is it your mates that dont have anything better to do than sit down the local pub? doing pub quiz everyday? or even just going to the pub EVERY night pissing there money up the wall and being so un fit? Riding still inspires me to ride more, the riders involved and the styles and techniques you learn from one and other. Dont quit or even consider it, just because your mate/mates are saying to get a car/Gf/mortgage etc. enjoy your life while your still young!!! at the end of the day you want to stay as young as you can for as long as you can. look at John P and Neil Raven from up our way, mid-late 30's and still getting alot of enjoyment and excersize out of it. Im 25 in september, and i enjoy riding as much now (if not more) as when i 1st started. Wayne.
  9. like others have said warm up and warm down, this prevents injury also, it gets blood flowing through the body and muscles to lubricate them, a bit like a car engine. Wayne.
  10. just got back home this morning, would just like to thank Joe & Chris at onza for the night out on Friday top boys they sure know how to hold a party and also Joes mate Pete! what a top lad. Ride was kool, saw some pretty head wrecking talent!!!! on saturday.......Big respect to Gaz M for the drop gap in that pretty sweet looking place that was InSaNe.....me n drei looked at it, i turned my head and shook it as for me it would have been an ankle problem for there on after Also thanks to Mike for the gathering of such a kool set of lads, we all live so far away from each other but the meeting was kool and the discussion of new stuff was mint getting each others ideas and such forth. am pretty glad i signed to onza for 2008, heres to a sucessful season (hopefully for us all) Cheers. Wayne.
  11. hey dave. tell dan i will speak to him this week either monday or tuesday have still got a sore head from friday night in nottingham! haha i will arrange the address for the stuff to go to with dan also. i shall be going to see Ben this week (im hoping) my ankle is back on form and after quite a nice inspiring ride with the onza team friday and saturday (and loads of other riders around the nottingham region saturday) it makes sense to me that my ankle is all better and ready to nip over and see Ben. Cheers all, and i hope all can turn up and attend. Wayne.
  12. god i thought as you got older you got wiser (well i sort of have) TRA hasnt i hope he is going to koxx days, havent seen him in such a long time. what an absolute idiot but legend at the same time, this guy invented "how to defeat gravity!" top bloke. Wayne
  13. i think this thread is funny  its just pure bitching between 2 or 3 people. you could have done it on msn or myspace or facebook. it would have kept this thread much cleaner it is funny to read though. ONZA F T W!!!!! Wayne.
  14. anyone got a student loan they wish to lend me??? OH! adam? when are you going to start doing finance hehe. please please tell me this: How much is the full bike???? £2500???? God koxx and monty are really going for the "lets see who can price the other out of the market" kind of thing. Wayne. Ps i would love to do 1 thing, design a bike that was £1k full built and weighed the same and rode the same.
  15. i think if he removed all the swarf from the frame/hubs etc it would save even more weight  jeez it does look pretty smart, but come on, that would last no more than 10minutes, thats what i call an "inch pincher" in fact NO! its a "mm pincher" and a weight weenie Wayne.
  16. oh dear.............. this is not a good start from this list of events..... Ashton now has a diamond back team (yes the product will get better and more durable) but if people break this stuff and dont have luck/joy with warranty they will be put off the product....oh dear. as others have said, Planet X and brant and marmite! as onzaboymark said, the onza warranty is one of the better ones if not the best BUT what is more positive, we have not had an onza broken in our shop for WELL OVER 3+ years...... goes to show that R&D on things is good and that UK team type testing is working. ok i will have to say, on light competition stuff you are bound to have problems but products built to prices SHOULD be durable if on the heavy side. (and strong!) Wayne.

hahahah ano that from last year. good job the "person/s" involved know that i am joking.................haha. im no cripple peacock il prove it when were next out (hopefully) ankle is feeling alot better. Wayne.
  18. if it is anything like the frame he snet one of the local lads last week it will probably compromise of the following: Dengura CNC'd body, sprayed blue (still wet though!) with a magura hs33 lever blade and tpa, also sprayed blue and still tacky, wrapped in bubble wrap to give maximum efficiency for bubble wrap look. Sorry i had to say that, that did happen to a frame but it did tickle me a bit. (hope no1 takes offence to it) Dengura's are nice, if the lever is bled up properly and the feel is pretty sweet. only downfall, i would critisize the pistons, as they are not as easily adjustable as magura hs33 1's. there is deffinatly a bit more leverage on the dengura lever blade. Wayne.

was a fab event good to see so many people there. i didnt ride but had a "play" for 20/30mins at one stage. plenty of people there, great atmosphere. Just like to send my commiserations to Adam Raven (it was bloody Jo olivers fault ) who has fractured his ankle and is in plaster for 4 weeks hope you for a speedy recovery young man! i know how you feel. it was Jo olivers fault she had him picking litter up and he fell down a hole (where theres a blame theres a claim) got good insurance jo? dont forget to tell her Ian, there will be a letter from his solisitor in the post he and his brother are training colleges and also my minder! what will i do without them. Wayne.
  20. the beginning part is near to where chris lives in the deepest dark side corner of K-town. well its not, but its in keighley. he dug the big jock off jump etc as you can see. its near "parkwood school" which is near to chris's house. the woods around there are pretty mint. Wayne
  21. 2 years worth of a thread you could have rang hope 365 days a year and still been better off only kidding. Alot of the time with my past experience with echo/zoo forks etc, the spot facing tool does not fit BUT you can make the tool face the mount if you do face the mount you will feel much better break "bite" to the disc, so the pads hit the disc square on etc. i did it to a pair the other day spot on now they are. Wayne.
  22. ian, any room in your BUS ??? for maybe 2 people 2 bikes i promise il look after the nippers for you. haha. hopefully speak to you tomorrow about it at the trial. struggling for transport. i really do need a SWB transporter or vito van Wayne.
  23. i would have guessed around £15. dont hold me to that. but im guessing around that. at £22 RRP before they were a tad on the expensive side but alot of people had alot of luck with them at £15ish. MOST bike shops/trials stores will be offered them from aire valley, as we will be seen/deemed uk import/distribute of them Wayne.
  24. tom is in secret training someone has taken him under his wings and will be offering his advise (as stupid as it may be ) ......................... me he enjoys a bit of banter does the young man and it seems to get him in the mood. Nice riding sam, was a pleasure to watch at addingham and ogwen! really inspires me to ride but unfortunatly cant as yet. Top vid from a top rider???? Can i ask a pretty dumbass question???? What will happen to sams koxx sponsorship with Tarty doing koxx???? or is BOTH NSE and Tarty doing koxx??? just a curiosity? Keep up the good work sam, hopefully see you sunday,. Ian il take lil tommy round if you want? Wayne.
