I personally like this one http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=series+parallel+cherry+bomber&biw=360&bih=272&prmd=ivsn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAWoVChMIkOXUjP_9xwIVgn8aCh1Vegx2#imgrc=u2fbwj-UdZQrpM%3Anot so much the engraving but having either series or parallel and a battery read out seems cool. Reviews say the readout is a little off and the quality is average... but for less than £20 what more can you want. Standard cherry bomber box is a dangerous shamble so steer clear of that sucker! if only.

There's two kinds, series and parallel. Series has higher voltage (8.4) so you can build down to .05 and it hits HARD! but I'd recommend staying above .1 for battery safety (and dry hits!) Parallel is the same as a single battery mech, you have the same voltage (4.2) but double the mah so battery life is doubled. You can go down to .12 as with any mech but I'd stay around .2 for battery safety. Those figures are a generalisation, different batteries have different ratings, most are 20c (vtc3&4,he2&4,25r etc) but some hit 30c (lifepo4 a123,vtc5*etc) To work out wattage for the resistance the coil is at and the power output of the battery use the calculator here http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.aspthough I just normally fit a few coils to see what suits my wants best and don't worry about the math

Grade of stainless (or just not) is probably more the case. Low grade stainless can rust for sure, I'm sure I've even seen 304 rusty (exhaust??) Never 316 though. Or maybe there is some anode/cathode action going on and one of your juices an electrolyte? More likely poo screws though

Why not get a similar sized single phase motor grafted in there until you sort a supply out?http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=heavy+duty+single+phase+motor&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAmoVChMI3Y2SqLL5xwIVUTnbCh0vGQt4

Everywhere Cost mainly. My gaffer did his 2.7 bi turbo a6 bushing with oem a few years back and I seem to recall it costing a fortune!

Need some advice from the vag boys if can please. Just bought an 02 a4 1.9tdi estate. wondering about fitting poly bushes and a clutch.. where from, how much, best value, how difficult to fit, time scale ect ect. I work primarily on classic porche and merc, my knowledge of modern cars, suppliers and parts is quite limited. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, i tried to calm that chain stuff down a bit by annealing it, its not easy to build with. Claptons are slow to get going, nice flavour though. I sent you a plain 24awg to parallel with it, but i totally forgot to write you a note about what I'd sent. You should try a fused Clapton.. it's like fitting a turbo to your mod! Will send over some of the new batch when it's done Upgrades to the billow Caterpillar coils 18awg coils. For the lol

Fused clapton. Two 24awg nichrome wrapped with 32 awg kanthal. 4×2.2mm wraps @.08 HEAVY HITTER!
-
Holy crap they got there quick, never even got to tell you I'd sent them!haha. I grabbed the last few pieces in the shop, was hoping for more but wire sells Glad you like 'em, post up some of your builds bud
-
Posiden.. You've got balls tackling a quad build so soon as a starting point, 8 wraps of 28awg kanthal round a 2mm should be .2-.3 over the 4 coils. Wicking is just as important as a good coil, trying different methods only helps, even if you just find out what doesn't work On another topic Seems there's a taboo about nickel builds.. grim green says it should be fine but won't build his own until the jury's back in on the subject. Pretty ominous even he won't use it! Think I'll be sticking to the ti for temp builds for a bit :|

If you buy something that goes out of stock, then is discontinued you get a store credit?! How can they keep my money if they never had the item to sell me in the first place?!! PayPal claim there. Then one package was stuck in 'shipping', never left port! PayPal claim there too. Most of their stock is poor quality, screws rusting is a classic, and you can beat their prices by a few dollars every time (if you look hard enough ) Tis my time of the month, rant over I have a new velocity, a cloud champ and a couple of tridents in stock if your still after an rda? Pm me

Suspect shIting bits of it out would tip you the wink

From the sublime to the ridiculous Pure Ti Clapton 24awg wrapped with 30awg. 6 2.5mm wraps @.09 Temp control isn't powerful enough to use it properly, off temp control it's a beast! But only 2-3 hits before its dry gotta go unfortunately.

Are you a gypsy traveler? 2-3 hours a day travelling would be normal to me, that leaves me with 21-22 hours of glorious dripping happiness to be had

My previous post was about temp control in a tank *edited

Now your just being lazy. Lol Temp control tanks.. get many dry hits with your tank? Nor me. Nickle pre made get better clouds than pre made kanthal coils somtimes, but half the longevity and little necessity to it (due to not dry hitting anyway) makes them seem more a materialistic purchase to me
-
For me its yihi over evolv any day! Even I've got mixed thoughts on the snow wolf, but it's still the best temp control of all I own. Seems odd to me you preferring tanks, I've got loads but I always pick up a dripper to vape on first. On a side note.. I usually set up my temp control coils on a mech, much easier to get rid of hot spots. No way of doing that on a temp device as the coil never glows
-
yeah, I use ipv4s, snow wolf, xcube2 & t-gi2. In preference I use pure nickel not ni200, ti is a cnut to use. I love it when it's a fresh build but after a day or so it's time for a new coil. No dry hits is awesome on a dripper, acedemic in a tank.

Got some spares, know the size??
-
Generally, though I do stagger coils sometimes. Slightly slanted upward with a larger cotton wad on the high side gives better flavour to some coils. Imo

I found I forgot how to walk properly after retiring my bmx, didn't know what to do with my arms Anyway, try stamp collecting, worked for me or try free running..
-
Zephs are good heracles also. Just had my snow wolf, billow2 & two LG hg2 3000mah stolen from my missus bag!! F#@k!

How long has the coil been in? Some can take a while to bed in. I've heard people mention that with high vg juices it can dry hit while chain vaping, due to narrow juice channeling. Perhaps your not getting a decent volume of juice to the coils?? Try it for a bit with the airflow partially closed, if it tastes better then ^that's the problem. Personally, I thought the flavour in those was alright, though I'd prefer a tfv4 tank for flavour.
