oh my god hav lyke 10 eggs for evry mela, its all protine so ul gt well broly. alternatively, i can't really find much fault with what bongo said. steer clear of salads as a meal unless you enjoy them, eating well shouldn't be a chore. eat things you like, but in lesser amounts. otherwise if you eat lettuce for a week, you might end up gorging on steak or something. and lots of water, lots and lots of water.
