  1. How well did it ride? I think it'd be fun to do, what kind of glue did you use? I've got the same frame same year, and I think I'm gonna do this. What's the inner diameter of the carbon? Is there anything else I'd need to know to do this? I think it'd last me a long time, as I only weigh 120lbs.
  2. Is this frame still going by any chance? I know it's an old thread, but I was thinking of doing that to my pure, and wanted more info.
  3. Forks cracked, swapped some brakes for a new(used) neon fork that's coming soon! Been riding forkless for a while...

  4. Don't you still get normal punctures with tubeless??
  5. For some reason, my bike doesn't feel the best when forkless?? The cockpit started sounding like a freewheel when I would turn, and having been warned by a friend to watch out for this I took a look. They cracked right where the steerer meets the crown.
  6. Ooooh yeah! Got a brand new chain on my Pure today! Felt so wonderful... Until the forks cracked..........

  7. I got a new chain for my pure today! It felt great, until I cracked the forks........
  8. As isitafox says, it's about finding something with the right geometry. Find something you like, who cares what size it is. I'm only 5'6" and most people say I'm crazy for it, but I prefer larger bikes and ride an Echo Pure 26, and love it more than anything 20" I've ridden.
  9. Try a rear booster. It'll make a world of difference!
  10. Thanks guys. I'll try just antifreeze. I understand there are different colors or something?
  11. Haha guys, didn't notice how old it was, I should've looked before I posted. Cool design though.
  12. Ok thanks, so it comes ready mixed? If I can't get that, what ratio of antifreeze and water should I use?
  13. Hey all. I am using a 2004 hs33 as my rear brake, and in the freezing weather of winter where I live it is getting a bit sluggish. Could I bleed this brake with antifreeze and not damage it? thanks, JN
  14. Diaphragm was a little crooked and the bolts were too tight. Now its mint!
  15. Never mind. Its all sorted. Thanks all!
  16. It's leaking more again. What should I do?
  17. I just tried the bolts. It's about 80% better, but still a few bubbles. How gently is VERY gently?
  18. Thanks! It's not excess fluid, as when I pull the lever, bubbles come out.I'll try the bolts and get back to you.
  19. Hey all. My front hope mono trial that I just bought used is leaking from one of the screws on the diaphragm cap, after I just bled it. The diaphragm looks okay, I'm wondering did I maybe roll it in the wrong way or something? Thanks, J
