    The Worst Music

Fair enough, I only wear them because I like the designs (that I've got, most of them are shit) and I don't have plugs because I'm not a scene kid with a stupid fringe (anymore) who walks around listening to shit music thinking he's the king of the world. I just don't really get the whole 80's track jackets thing, I'll leave it to Danny Dyer in The Business. I own over 40 teeshirts now and I can happily say that I appreciate the design work that has gone into all of them, from this simple Sims one I have on to some of my more complicated designed shirts. Especially as a 3rd year design student it's easy to see the shirts which have had no thought put into what so ever, so I tend to go for the ones which I enjoy the look of. I'm also one of the least narrow minded people and I've admitted that Oasis are a good band but I don't think they are one of the best bands to ever come out of the Uk, but that's just my opinion. If you asked me to name the best band from the UK for me it would be someone like Zero7, Portishead, The Smiths, etc. I'm not really into "fashionable" clothes so I dunno if any of those brands are any good but as they're on "originalsclothing" i'll take your word for it. But yeah, I just think you've got shit dress sense to be honest, you probably think the same about me, and that's why we would probably never hang out in person.
  2. http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-172-WD £200 for 1TB Not what I'd call WELL EXPENSIVE, considering 3 years ago I bought a LaCie 200GB for £200.

You also think Oasis are the greatest band in the world
  4. Portables are slower but you don't need a power supply, useful if you've got a laptop. If you've got a desktop i'd recommend these http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?Module...e=1&DOY=7m2 750GB for £110 http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?Module...e=1&DOY=7m2 500GB for £75 I know you said you only want 120GB but I'm of the opinion that the more storage you get, the better. Plus it's pretty much the more you buy the cheaper it gets.

Yeah all the students I know wear mainly hardcore band teeshirts and underground hiphop record label hoodies, I never see any students dressed in clothes from Topman or wearing brands like Abercrombie and Fitch or Tacchini. I guess it's a bad thing that I like to support the artists whos music I choose to listen to? And yes, I wear New Era hats in the summer, I wear them to keep the sun out of my eyes, and while I'm riding they're good for soaking up the sweat. I don't see what difference it makes if the shirts or hoodies are Fruit of the Loom... all the bands do is pay a screenprinter to make Merch for them, then sell it. Even buying from stores like MerchNow you get generic shirts like Gildan or American Apparel, what point are you trying to make there? I failed to tell you about the Dickies coat, the Adidas track jacket and the Adicolor track jackets hanging from the back of my door, or the Lacoste poloshirt in my wardrobe. I guess they're all laughable items of clothing too. EDIT: I'd sure as hell rather wear a fruit of the loom tees hoodie with a decent band design on than these items of clothing Anyone agree?

  7. I don't know why you would want to do that. Also for hubs like CKs and ProIIs its easier putting it on the floor because there isn't really an "axle" to be able to clamp into the vice. Plus putting it on the floor you know that it's not going to slip. If you had it in a vice I would be too worried about doing it up tight enough. Too tight and you'd crush the axle, too loose and the wheel would move, and you'd end up slipping and grinding something you didnt want to, such as a wall, or a body part. I'd stick with the floor + foot method.
  8. I'm just imagining everyone turning up to a ride with Tee-eef + jam shirts on. Brilliant.

If you're talking about the crappy "fashionable" scally clothes you always try to sell on ebay then you're wrong, because all those clothes look like shit.
  10. Would be well expensive and awkward though.
  11. It's my dads birthday, I stayed up so I could give him his presents this morning with my mother, instead of waking up in the middle of the afternoon and giving them to him.
  12. How did he manage that? Just watched Se7en for the first time. Really enjoyed it.
  13. Can you explain this? Still fresh from The Machinist, it became necessary for Bale to bulk up to match the powerful physique of Batman. He was given a deadline of six months to do this. Bale recalled it as far from a simple accomplishment: “…when it actually came to building muscle, I was useless. I couldn’t do one push up the first day. All of the muscles were gone, so I had a real tough time rebuilding all of that.” With the help of a personal trainer, Bale succeeded in meeting the deadline, gaining exactly one hundred pounds (45kg) in six months. He then worked toward building muscle.
  14. Yeah I wouldnt wear any of the designs that anyone has suggested so far
  15. Yeah it is. He's just got a brand new '08 Lite.
  16. Yeah defo RJD2, if you listen to the right album.
  17. (If you don't realise why I'm laughing, look at my avatar)
  18. Thats just a standard '08 Echo Lite like Muel owns isn't it?
  19. Sia, Zero7, Björk, Imogen Heap, Frou Frou are a few of my faves to chill to.
  20. Yeah I like clothes, I was just saying to my mum I have nearly 50 teeshirts now... 2 colours max, vector based. Should be fun
  21. I've bought forum merchandise in the past, and would happily buy more. That's the shirt I bought, bit more effort than just the logo on a shirt.
