Get two blocks of wood about 3" long, an inch wide and an inch deep. Clamp the wheel and wood in a vice, so it goes Wooden Block Sprocket Wooden Block Then tighten up the vice so the sprocket digs into the wooden blocks. Turn the wheel anti clockwise and the sprocket should start to undo.
