  8. No. I think that's a lie.
  9. No wonder they're so big, you're from Bridgwater hahaha.
  10. I'm wearing New Balance 1500's. Vibralux jeans, a 4x4 teeshirt and a Down To Nothing hoody. What am i? Vibralux and 4x4 are rollerblading brands, Down To Nothing are a hardcore band.
  11. Nice one Tom, pretty good take on the title!
  12. Make sure you take into account the rake on forks when calculating the WB.
  13. Man... ride it, seriously! Get a vid or something, would be so funny! I like the weight saving downtube hole
  14. Rear wheel you're best of with something like a Deng fixed if you have a freewheel already, then just go FFW.
  15. First, it's Janson, not Jason. Plus, he told you what to do, google Deinterlacing. Infact I did it for you, http://www.100fps.com/ it's very concise, and I suggest you read it. It's not a problem with your camera or your computer, it's just what happens when you import footage.
  16. +1 When I installed Windows on my MBP it was the fastest Windows machine I had ever used (bearing in mind my housemate got a new XP laptop the same time i got my MBP, and I don't use PCs at all), then again I did install a super lightweight version of XP. But yeah, if you want a Mac, buy one, and just install Windows on it, not only do you get a sweet 20" screen, a nice keyboard and mouse, you get the joys of OS X and the insecurity and bugs of XP or Vista, what more could you want?!
  17. Right, I know people enjoyed this last time, and I've been browsing another forum with the same system so I'm gonna try start it up again. First one is going to be simple. Best Self Portrait Rules: 1. No submitting of old images 2. Submitted images must be photographed within the assignment timeframe only. 3. You cannot change an image or replace once it has been submitted 4. One image must be submitted only START DATE: Friday 9th November 9:00AM END DATE: Friday 23rd November 6:00PM Any questions, please PM me. This thread is for submissions only. I will answer your questions and if relevant, post the question and answer in here. If you have any suggestions for other assignment titles then feel free to PM me too. My favourite photos will then be put into a new thread with a poll, which is how the last one was run. The poll will run for one week. If this turns into something popular, the next few have assignment titles chosen by me, then after that, the winner can chose the assignment. They will be monthly, posted within the first week of every month. Thanks a lot guys, hope this goes well. Jon
  18. Heath, Bens rear vee setup is one of the best you'll get, and it's not even expensive, the biggest cost was the Coust vee pads, at £28 a set from Steve at Heatsink. But like Elliot said, head down to Somerset if you wanna get it in person or get it off Tarty/CRC if you dont mind doing it over the net and get either a set of Deore or SD7 arms, an SD7 lever and a decent cable (go into The Playground on Meadow Street in town for that, I dunno if they have any black cables left but the last time I went in there they had a Blue Odyssey Slik cable in there for about £6, if the guy working in there is quite well spoken, wearing baggy jeans and has dyed black hair, his name is Dave, and he's a really nice guy, just tell him you're after an Odyssey BMX cable, they're at the back of the shop behind the rows of BMXs). Booster wise you're either looking at Echo (£20), or 74Kingz(£39) from Tarty or a cheap Salsa/generic vee booster which you could probs find in Somerset, or ask Ian or Deano if they have something at home! Hope that's of some use to you mate. I'll be sure to bring the bike back down for xmas, we might only get one or two rides in but it will be good to see you!

  22. How old is your monitor?! You're running 800x600! I didn't think anyone living post 2000 still ran that
