hey all. am wanting to put ISIS cranks on my 24" ashton but the raceface SRX one doesn't fit? when i saw this i mean it won't go all the way through the bb shell... can someone please tell me which one will fit? and preferably a cheapy one. Thanks!

yeah that rock in section 9 was a bit mad, observer said one guy got over though. I was close on my first lap, side hopped from that rock on the side to bash/pedal but couldn't keep it. I can't find my camera lead so i can't post the pic of the bike in the water i'm afraid Gotta work til 9 on thursday now, gutted, will come out straight after though, you guys better still be riding! gotta clean my bike aswell... devasted

that post at the start has made me furious! not gonna rant though cos most people have said what i wanna say but theres nothing at all constructive about what you posted. you just said everything was crap, you try and find a venue this time of year that won't be wet or muddy. i reckon it was a well good laugh! i had a sh!te bike for the day and finished quite well! grrr. yeah anyway.. steam gone.. thanks to everyone who organised and observed, good to see people and put names on here to faces aswell and i think the best observer award had to go to kenny! and best shoe award goes to cap! hahaha. i've got a picture of the guy whose bike fell in the blue lagoon too but i'm in uni now so will have to post it later. awesome day and lookin forward to the next one! edit: just read your last post not having a big go but you know

haha and the frame is... yeah its an ET 24. Had it over a year though so i'm not too fused. When i noticed the frames were being sold off for £180 i decided to buy another one for when the one i was using at the time broke. Its the drive side crank and its the one i side hop onto (alot!) so it was going to go eventually.. Gotta ride into uni now so heres a pic of the bodge i've done and the one on my mech to stop my mech hanger breaking (mikes creation). Please don't shout at me, love my bodge jobs! Yeah that was me ageeees ago. haha think i remember you too matey. It was a really good ride and i couldn't be bothered to go home yet cos i was still full of energy. Try riding without a front brake and theres still alot you can do! Mike rode without one for quite a while too so i don't think he was gonna let me go home early. Its quite good doing sidehops. Bike didn't land on me, was quite funny actually cos i was trying something really small and stupid. Hard to explain. Just had a cool idea for a silly comp.. take obscure pics of frames and people have to guess in a poll or something to see what everyone thinks. haha rub it in why don't you! yeah it was pretty meshed up, had a crack on the bottom yoke too. was a really good ride though and i've got another frame waiting to be built up so its all good! just don;t think i'll be out riding next friday 13th for piece of mind...

Me and mike (leedstrials) went out for a ride in leeds last night. Was going quite well then i went over the bars, bike did a frontflip and mike pointed out i;d snapped my lever blade off. not too arsed we carried on, got to this concrete bank and started trying some stalls onto a pallet after a few goes realised my drivetrain didn't feel all to great. checked it out turns out i snapped my chainstay! so don't say your not superstitious! also my flatmate fell asleep on the bus and missed his exam... haha. pics: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....lbum&album=1298
