  1. So where the hell is it?
  2. Hum, not my thing. Kinda looks like a nice ish frame built up with second-rate, overpriced parts. Oh, it is. Regards, Tomm (Y)
  3. Make a shortcut to the game anywhere (E.g. the desktop, and then right-click the shortcut). There should be a tab for a compatibility mode (Y)

    Firefox

Hold down the right mouse button and click the left - goes back Hold down the left mouse button and click the right - goes forwards Becomes very intuitive after a while - plus there's things for every command you might need. It's worth installing even if you never use it. Although I guarantee you will (Y)

    K.m.c Chains

My chain falls off after it breaks in one place... Count yourself lucky. Regards, Tomm ( :) )

    Firefox

Yes but I still need the address bar :- I guess I can probably live with it, to be fair :P

    Firefox

Good work. I used Opera before I used Firefox, and like I said, that has mouse gestures in as standard. After a while it comes 2nd nature to go forwards, back, close windows, refresh etc, it's a lot quicker than using the stupid bar at the top. Actually, that reminds me, do you reckon it's possible to actually remove those buttons? (backwards/forwards/refresh/stop/home)

    Firefox

I can't believe no one else uses mouse gestures. They are simply the best thing since the internet, really. I use All-in-one gestures. Aside from that I use the obligatory tabbrowser preferences, download manager tweak and adblock. I wonder if the fact that tabbrowser preferences aren't built in is something to do with Opera, and copyright issues? Opera as standard is amazing - it has mouse gestures, full tabbed browsing, that download manager tweat all built in as standard. But it's just not quite as customisable as Firefox. Also, it's not free either. Unless you pay for it/crack it, you have to look at ad's in the top right corner :-
  9. Um, it should run off whichever hard drive Windows is installed onto (usually c:), unless you've changed it. (For WinXP pro) Control Panel - System - Advanced tab - Underperformance, click settings - Advanced tab, click the Virtual memory button. Make sure that's set to C:. It's probably not a very good idea setting it to the external drive, as that will be really slow compared to the internal hard drive. Although 2GB should be fine.
  10. Yup that's right. I think ideally, PCs want about twice as much VM as there is RAM. I.e if you have 512MB of RAM, you should have at least 1GB of hard drive space free :)

    My Bike

Yeah, if Fiestas were simply rebadged Ferraris :) There's a Fiat (Cinquecento) on my road that has massive Ferrari stickers all over it...
  12. If anyone can help me with my fstab, please add me to MSN or PM me :)

    Front Disc Hub

Haha, yeah :) Are you really enough of a pimp to spend well over £100 on having a front wheel that matches your rear one? That's insane, especially as you have a Hope already, plus there's really do difference in performance at all.
  14. Yeah, I saw that. Does that mean that it'll feel shorter than, for example, a Levelboss 1065? And how much?
  15. Nah, the GIMP is really good, IF you know how to use it. Loads of effects, and more filters than photoshop has. But it's just hard to use :) You've actually insprired me to have a play, I'm back on Fedora now :)

    Lever Broken?

Because then everyone would waste £46 on a new lever, when they could fix it with a bolt you probably have lying around the garage?

    What Is

I did that. It's great fun, no-one is around to chuck you off stuff :)
  18. Why would anyone post that? It's so blurry you can't see it... But I guess it's nice.
  19. In my experience, the HD axle is definitely a good idea. Plus fun bolts are good (Can't have fun bolts with standard axle). However, I don't think you NEED a steel driveshell, even you're only running one cog. But it's better :) Damn, I want a CK headset now :)
  20. I have Fedora installed right now, haven't used it for months :)
  21. Fook me. OK, Nick G's not allowed to enter :)
  22. You're not still on Linux are you? :) Try Here and Here (Although the 2nd one might only be for Gnome :) )

    Global Warming

Because there's a f**king bollock load of space between here and the sun. 6 light minutes ish - that's a lot of miles. I've not checked the calculations, but it looks about right, and the answer is about what I would have expected (Y)
