You never get straight forks though. The only forks I know that will make a significant difference to the wheelbase are Pashley forks, which have a lot of rake on them, therefore they increase the wheelbase by about 20mm. Although as people have rightly said, the bike will feel very similar, because the reach is the important thing to worry about, and that is NOT affected by what forks you use.
About the same as the urban forks, give or take 5mm. Basically the wheelbase (on the 1065 control) will measure up as about 1065. Be aware though, that the control 1065 feels shorter than a levelboss 1065 (for example), because the high bottom bracket makes the reach shorter. I think the 1085 control feels a similar length to the 1065 koxx. It doesn't matter though - just get the damn frame - You'll get used to it whatever length it is.
