  1. I was informed last week that Clive is still doing frames so it might be worth giving him a call to see.
  2. We've fitted some to a local chap's 24" bike. He really likes them and they have held up very well. We used the 36 hole disc rims and ground a side wall without any problems as the importers don't (or certainly didn't at the time) bring in the 36 hole rim brake specfic ones. Paul @ Delta Bikes
  3. Money will be in the post tomorrow guys Seriously thanks for the nice comments, the site is a rather low standard at the moment but we've had over a year of trading to find our feet and am making nice progress especially locally so look forward to making some big changes in the coming months. When we are ready to improve the site I'll see if I can get a news comment put up here so people are aware Paul
  4. Hi JT, We have only ever kept it very 'niche' and not really pushed it, instead just concentrating on keeping the minority happy We have also chosen only to supply small goods online for the time being. The site is rather dated and will be replaced as soon as all our 'local happenings' have been completed. Paul
  5. Hi Ben, Nope we are still here, just in the process of purchasing a local business actually so all is busy Not sure what has happened on the site, I'll have a look now but if you still have problems feel free to give me a buzz on the land line number on Monday. All the best, Paul
  6. Thanks for the nice comments chaps, I do try There will be a total overhaul in the new year as it's about time we started to move things forward.
  7. The whole magnesium frame thing was done with MTBs in the early/mid nineties and then trailed off. I think the downsides out weight the positives but I am happy to be proved wrong I can't see many other manufacturers following suit and adding magnesium frames to their product line ups.
  8. We have ZHI sticker sets in stock but they come as a sticker sheet with 2 x ZHI logos in black/green and 2 x ZHI logos in black/white on clear vinyl along with the other numerous detail stickers. Give me a call on 01453 545480 if you require them or need more information. Cheers, Paul
  9. The above comments are correct. Also if you are running a very skinny rim you may want to look into changing it for something with a wider profile. Paul
  10. Great riding fella, keep up the good work
  11. I will voice what has pretty much already been said and vote for the White Industries ENO. Expensive but worth it in my opinion. Paul
  12. RIP. He was either 63 or 64.
  13. My personal favourites are Plazmatic CRVs. Use in the dry on a clean rim on a well setup brake and you should be impressed.
  14. It's a stream I found on Live Footy http://livefooty.doctor-serv.com/. I am led to believe it's usually fine, but as it's on at 4am sods law it won't work *lol*
  15. http://4.livefooty.doctor-serv.com/sat8.12...Mayweather.html Should be streamable from there but I can see it not working.

  23. I know a few people follow BMX on here and noticed there was only a short note from The Boon in the vid section on Stephen Murray's crash the other week (apologies if this is a repost but I can't see anything in the search) so thought I'd post details as it may interest those who don't know or want to contribute to his recovery (taken from www.stephenmurrayfamilyfund.com): Stephen Murray is a BMX Athlete that could use help from the BMX community. Stephen is a professional dirt jumper that is well known for his amazing tricks like double back flips, 360 back flips, turndown back flips and so much more. Stephen Murray came to the United States from New Castle Great Britain over 10 years ago with a dream of riding with the best athletes in the sport. He came over here originally as a BMX racer but quickly took to Dirt Jumping and Freestyle in the scene of Huntington Beach and Sheep Hills. 2001 and 2002 marked the biggest year for Stephen Murray of his career. He won the Gold Medal in Dirt Jumping at X Games and back to back wins at the Gravity Games, the two biggest contests at the time. Stephen is quoted on his own riding style, “I go 110%, go big and send it!” (EXPN.com) On Friday June 22nd at the AST Dew Tour BMX Dirt Finals in Baltimore, MD, Stephen Murray took a horrific fall on the final set of the dirt section while sending a double back flip. Stephen has received career ending injuries to his spinal cord and vertebrae. Unlike the NFL or other major professional sports which have unions that provide funds to athletes who are injured, BMX has nothing like this. BMX however is much more like a family than any other sport. Now is the time we need to reach out and support one of our family members like never before. The injuries that Stephen sustained are no doubt going to affect him for a life time. Medical bills alone can reach astronomical dollar amounts. As a BMX community we have the power to help him. Stephen is a young 27 years old and is the financial provider for a wife and two young children.
