  1. Last year, just camped in the trees, no problems. Or you can stay in the huts with are there but you will have to book it before everyone else and it's quite expensive, as above, we just put our tents up in the trees. It pretty easy to get to really if you have a map. Licenses, i think we needed a BIU license and acu license but don't think they checked that. Payed and entered on the day. There is a supermarket a short drive away from buthiers and a little town well close. It will take about 3hours when you get off the ferry but may be longer as there is always traffic around paris, people crashing on the motorways and cars doing 360 tailwhips and stuff, so it slows you down. If I think of anything else i'll post. Phil.

Yer, what Tomm said, if your going to your fave foot, it's a lot harder to take off your foot if you dont make it probably more chance of falling on your bum bum also in comps if your not going to make a sidehop and you put your fave foot down, its harder to start off again on your wrong foot, unless you know the trick lol. but I don't think its much to worry about, try them both and see which one you get on with best, you will probably end up learning both ways in the end anyway once you have found your fave direction. Phil.

If your still in the position where your learning, I'd stick it out sidehopping to the right, once you can do it you will be decent at going both ways. But you want to sidehop away from your fave foot as you said, as you will get to the point where if you don't make a sidehop you can't take your feet off and your pedal get's in the way. Phil.
  4. ye thats the one I used to use, sidewalls where pants. and the tread/grip was very low, not much of it. Phil.
  5. I have used the sturdy and another one which isn't there, both 2.5. The sidewalls are very high on them which was great for soft tyres, seemed quite a lot higher than other tyres. The sidewalls where really thin so i had to run extra sidewalls inside. I can't remember about the grip, it wasnt as soft as maxxis but must have been ok for street and general mucking about. Phil,
  6. I'm not totally sure about this as I have never built a big un, but you may have to build it 2 cross as the flages are too big for 3 cross, but the spoke holes are different, so it may work, so just incase make sure before you build it. Phil.
  7. Haha Dave, I take it you had a good time in the thorn then. I'm not too sure what your saying really, I can just imagine you giggling and being mad as you are when your pissed grrrr. Phil

  19. It's obvious why onza are the cheapest or have been for a long time, they miss out a distributor, with echo zoo koxx etc all have, an extra level in the triangle, so everybody getting the same % of profit means onza will be cheaper by the % lost through other distributors of other companies, if you get me . The "frames are too expensive" debate could be understood quite easily, there's so much which people discard into manufacturing costs and retail price, like: Import tax, VAT, handling charges, Shipping, price QTY, premises, phone line, cable, employees, basic TAX, god the list goes on and on and on and on.....................................you end up doubling the price of a frame, it's not just as simple as the frame cost this and that much, why is it so expensive. I'm sure most people understand anyway. Phil.
  20. Haha, are thieves actually getting some plans together, well, if you don't take your keys out your car if you get out in London or a bad area, you are as thick as the thief
