Just simply get a hacksaw and saw the ass end off, Ive had a shifter for 3 years when I done that, and without the plastic washer betweent he grip and shifter, works fine. Phil.

I know a guy who was about 38 i think who rode trials, had a monty x-lite, and used to ride BMX, he still had the balance and power. Don't get confused between natural ability and practice, I think practise will always make you better, so you just need to keep going and do certain things which you think helps yourself. Also, if you are over 6ft science isn't going to like you for trying to stay on a bike. :( Phil.

Wow, great vid Mike, spicken awsome it was, great editing aswell, I liked the music, and liked the music even more by the end. Some good beasty stuff and good style going down. Only one thing, is with the quality on some transistions, need smooting off more in your encoding, can't remember whether you make it faster or slower, have a play, you may also have a "smoother" option.
