Is this a stock or mod levelboss? I was just wondering because i have a levelboss 1065 stock and have never heard of one cracking or snapping, however i have heard of the mods version snapping before...

Awesome video, he really is GOOD, goes big and stylish too >_< -
Good video!, the riding was impressive :( Some big drops/gaps/touchops/wheelswaps there, you seem to have improved from your last video :(
-
I was just trying to say how pure trials moves are easier on longer bikes because thats specifically what they are designed for. I was also reffering to stock bikes, mods are generally short, however personal preference is what it comes down to, factors such as height, style of riding, what feels best for you...
-
I really liked this video, there was a nice variety of moves and the riding was smooth and chilled. Some big sidehops in there, and nice spinny drops (Y)
-
Not a bad video, some decent moves in there although the repeated ones spoiled it, there wasnt that much variety but for a chilled video it was good, i wasnt keen on the song either.

Longer frames are suited to pure trials, not streety stuff like spins and manuals. You will find the longer frame easier for sidehops, gaps, taps, wheel swaps, backhops etc etc but they arent that good for manuals, spins, bunnyhops etc so its all down to personal preference (Y)

No, it says schwalbe on the sidewall if you look closely :P
-
Good video, some big moves there, a lot of bails too though! The editing was good too, but the song was pretty awful (Y) That last clip looked painful
-
I disagree, i had a schwalbe space 2.5 on the rear once and it was a good tyre, never pinched, tons of grip and a nice profile (Y)
-
I have seen this frame before, its not the new levelboss... I really do not like the look of these new koxx frames coming out, however judging from the seattube design on both the levelboss and this frame, i am sure they will give a different ride feel to most frames currently available...
-
Nice photos, i dont know how you can trust a shimano deore disc on the rear, but if yours works well, fine (Y)

My grips never slip, and i just use hairspray to slide them on, leave them to dry overnight and they never move around on the bar. The problem only comes when you dont let the hairspray dry/evaporate before you ride...

He did on the tra england 2 video when he had his t-lite... There are quite a few mod riders now who tap, alex markwart has some good practice vids riding his mod with slo-mo moves in, one of them has a big tap at the end of it, which was well over bar height...you can see the vids on Observed Trials under the video section, then click on canberra trials and go on single rider practice videos, you have to be signed up as a member though...

I have the old levelboss, and i have seen this frame a month or so ago in another topic and i really do not like it :P I just dont feel that the design has been thought over much, it may ride well which is the main thing but it sure is ugly ^_^

I thought that there is no way in hell an avid could be better than a hydraulic disc, until i got one for myself! I have had it for nearly a month, and it is sharp, has a solid feel, good modulation, doesnt require any maintanence and is generally performing very well. Im running an xtr lever and fibrax cable, but you can get any half decent lever and cable and it will work the same...as everyone has said, go for an avid cable and save yourself hassle, money and grief. they are half the price of a hydraulic and take 5 mins to fit and set up! comes with handy instructions too!

I have heard very good things about magura discs from my mates who have had a go with one, and prawny etc have mentioned them in another topic. A lot of pros seem to use magura discs on te front, koxx riders etc so i sure they would be worth a looks for £80...

This may be wrong, but wont the back end being so rigid cause extra stress on the welds in that area meaning more chance of the frame cracking?

Sorry... Leeson Help Me With What Colour To Chose
Luke Drewery replied to HarshRider's topic in Videos
The purple and red ones above look mint! Plus purples never been done before...thats if you can get that colour (Y) -
Thats a good idea, run two or three gears-one for general riding, another for riding where you need more speed (bunnyhop or pedal gaps etc) and finally one for tramming to and from spots. The choice of sprockets is customisable too, its up to you what sizes you want to run...

My limit is about 40 inches, and i cant do that height every time :"> I have raised this issue before in another topic, but why do the majority of people sidehop the opposite way to their front foot? Is there any reason why this would hinder my progress? I have my left foot forward and sidehop to the left...

Go for yellow definately, all you have to do is look at bonos bike and youll agree, it suits leeson a lot, and blue stickers would top it off
