    An Old Vid

Never heard of it either, is it a proper old skool vid? Whos this peter church? Wouldnt mind seeing it either...
  3. True, but it wasnt my idea, i dont run them like that, its just something james wrote in another topic about onza hognesium pedals a whle ago...
  4. Go for a zoo mod stem, i assume you are after a mod stem? They are good stems, and are a lot lower than most others so they will suit you there. You can get them off tartybikes.co.uk or bikedock.com (N)
  5. I would probably go for long as im the same height as you, and i shouldnt think streety moves should be a problem unless your short. I can rag my 1065 levelboss around with no problems, but when im doing wheelswaps etc the length does make it harder. I tend to bang my knees on the bars too which is annoying :S
  6. Thay are good pedals, big surface area, light and grippy. As for ripping pins out, I heard James porter took the pins out of one side and only used the side that still had the pins in, quite clever. That way the side without pins gets mashed up whilst the side with pins stays pristine :S
  7. Lol strange, they look cool though. As for the new levelboss, i dont like it at all, i'll stick with my old one :(
  8. Nice site, i like the designs used and the sections are easy to use and find info from. Clear and easy to use :S
  9. Very impressive! Its strange to see trials, bmx and natural riding in one video, i liked it. The bikes looking sweet too :S
  10. Just downloaded, Good vid, some big riding there but some of the clips were dark and i found the editing annoying in places. Apart from that, top vid :S
  11. Thats much better now, before it was very annoying. Im still noot keen on the layout, but it is an improvement :S
  12. Thats a very impressive gap, nice :S
  13. As people have said, any close ratio cassette is suited to trials. There is no point spending loads, as they dont last that long anyway (if you use gears, then after a while they skip due to tooth wear). I used a shimano sora one worth about £10 and had it no problems for two years, now im running singlespeed :-
  14. There should be three allen key pins on the back that you undo and slide out, i think they are 2mm. If you have a cheapo cassette then may not be able to take it apart though. Oh and the lockring will fit a singlespeed kit, its no diferent
  15. Lol quite random, but funny though. That isnt a bad attempt at photoshop...
  16. That looks very sweet, the red front rim seems to suit the bike very well. One of the nicer montys ive seen, it will be much better if you get a profile though :-
  17. I could imagine that front hooks could be slightly harder on a long bike, but im not really sure. It could make it harder having to pull the bike up from the hook position. As for sidehops to backwheel, then a long bike should be easier to them on, less twitchy and as someone said, more room to move. However, these tricks are just like any other trials move, its personal prefence on whether you prefer shorter or longer bikes...
  18. Despite the annoying editing, the riding that i saw looked good, you guys seemed to have improved. Im sure the full video will be good :S
  19. I would say go for a maxxis high roller with a harder compound, they have width, protection, grip and are good for bumping and front wheel moves. Not too heavy, either :S
  20. Erm, why has this topic been resurrected from about a year ago? Anyways, i have this video and it is one of the best videos i have downloaded, ridings good, everyone looks happy. There is a mixture of styles in the vid complemented by good edititng and good tunes :S
  21. I have this video, and it is amazing! The level of riding from tibo and his friend is like no other, he can pull of streety combos as well as huge sidehops, gaps and touchops easily :S
  22. Judging by the poll, most people are about 18. Im still 15 though (Y)
  23. Nice, i had one just like that, but it snapped into two pieces
  24. All three of them are very nice, but your leeson is the sweetest (Y)
