Ok. before someone says look for a split its not quite as simple as that. My forks are creaking like crazy and i took them off the bike tonight for inspection and when i looked closely there appears to be a crack on them. wev had a good luck and cant decide wether its a crack or a scratch but i cant see how they would get scratched where it is. i have rubbed a knife on it and i can still faintly see a scratch beneath it which makes me think crack. BUT, are there any other ways of seeing if there is a crack as im going on a trials holiday for 10 nights on thursday so i need to know by dinner time tomorrow if they are cracked so i can order new ones to have them in time. also there is nowhere where we are going that i can get trials forks from so i dont want to snap them whilst im away!!. So basically and help much appreciated ASAP. Thanks, John

Its a long story but basically the exact same thing happened to my dad. He used to have a Citreon Xantia and we were cutting the grass. All of a sudden, BANG and we didnt know what it was at first but here the exact same thing had happened. The rear screen was shattered. No one was around and when we put it in to get fixed we were told that sometimes the pressure gets too much on the sides and just shatteres it. And the reason for the glass to be falling out over is because the window is shaped out, so when the glass smashes it pushes out over, and also would have been if you had the windows open (air flow). so basically yeah, this has happened to me and my dad before.

I ate or more like drank about 3 mouthfuls of fairy liquid whilst drunk once. had the taste in my mouth for days after

I have to say for Dave he has given those forks a good beating!! put it this way hes snapped 2 frames with those forks on. Nice bike Dave. I MUST get pictures of my Python on here.

Agreed about the disk. you can see by the rotor as it is clean where the pads are hitting it. looks like you need a bigger rotor matey

Yeah, im running an ENO on my 06 python with no problems what so ever. I take mine off every 2 months or so to clean and grease it and its sweet as a nut. All i do to clean it is take the crank arm off *** it in the vice, i then undo the lockring and take the shell off and simply clean it with the petrol i use in my 06 gas gas. that way it is also lubricating it as the petrol is run with a 1.5% oil premix. And there you have it, one beasty eno that never skips

Zona Zip stickers are stickers then laqured over. Lazer Etching is where they lazer the graphics on (like a whitey colour that is rough. So yeah, Zona stickers are laqured over so you will need to wet&dry them off then repaint the frame. Dont know if i can spell laqure :$

All i can guess is that your computer isnt fast enough therefore cant handle the dvd speed. just a guess though.

Ive never snapped a frame but id like to think im a fairly smooth rider. My Monty lasted about 9 months then i changed to a T-Pro which i rode on for about 3 months then got the money together for my 06 Python. So yeah, never had any problems

Yeah, i saw it. Its great to have bikes oin round like that but i was dissapointed as they only rode round a little bit and did some tiny jumps off a little ramp. I think it would have been much better if they had a few little barrels or something for them to ride over at the back when they were just riding up and down, not even hard stuff, just a few barrels, coton reels, tyres. as a motorbike trials rider myself i think i could have made it more entertainin than it was. Fair enough its a ood thing for trials but it didnt really sell the sport to people.

I was thinking before. Rather than having quite a few topics made for free things maybe we could all just keep them in one topic. Not having a rant, just an idea. Its wiered, since i started ive always tapped on my mod and not had any problems. People say its impossible but i do it no bother. Must just be technique.

About 45-50minutes from sitting with a rim in one corner of the room, spokes in another and the hub in my hand to having the wheel built, trued, rim taped with electric tape and tube and tyre fitted. Ive done a few now though

Make sure you lace the wheels right, try and make the four spokes around the valve hole (two either side) face away from the hole and i also make it so the logo on the hub faces the valve hole. Just what good wheel builders do as pride i guess. I also wouldnt use a cheap spoke tool to do it, splash out on a Park Tool one or a good quality one.

Someone is bound to have tried it but i dont like the idea of it. When you think, sometimes theyd engage together and other times they wouldnt, so it would be unpredictable when it would bite.

Im building my own PC at the moment, so far i have a 17"TFT Monitor, Really nice speakers (speakers and subwoofer), Wireless keyboard and mouse and a really nice case and havnt even spent £200 yet!

Its all rider opinion but you cant get a short zoo 2006 model as Yao Zhi left the team. so if you like short bikes it looks like its the GU, but if you want a long bike its up to you. I really like my long 2006 Zoo but havent ever tried the long or short GU.
