I watched the vid now and I quite liked it. I think it is a good idea to include a section about trials specific work out at home. Ok, you should better not film it in your boxers, but I think the guys who complained about that really focused their attention on certain body parts and not on your work out ideas ;-) good vid

Cool, Sergey Kotov of Kot bikes competed in England in 2000 (expert class) and finished two places in front of Chris Swallow. The Russian Trials scene is older than I thought. :S

Main rider: Marco Grosenick location: Braunschweig, Germany The people of Braunschweig were pioneers in 20" street riding some years ago. One guy (who doesn't ride anymore) still holds the official world record in high jump up. It was about 1,85 cm high I think and already long time ago (more than five years)
