Well if a contact was written out, then their wouldn't be a problem, either he wouldn't have posted up, or he could be sued for breach of contract. So really they brought it on themselves, just because they're a small company isn't a means of not doing these things properly. I said becuase it goes into the ethics / morality area there's going to be a big debate, I also said I just find it funny becuase i love a good read on TF.

Well it's what he's done legally vs. what he's done ethically. If they didn't write him out a contract, which they should have done no matter how small of a company they are, then he's done nothing wrong, the frames are his and he can do whatever he likes with them. Ethically, that is down to opinion. I think it's all rather funny.

The big bang is a seriously complicated series of events, it's it's pretty much a model rather than what actually happened at this stage in time, although it's considered fact. Just because you don't understand the big bang theory, doesn't mean you can just dismiss it. But the big bang theory IS proven, it's just sooo complicated people dismiss it, like evolution. Like i said befor we may not know all the facts but the big bang theory is a fact. You can believe in the big bang theory AND god. A lot of people do. You're certainly not a Christian though, but i don't think there's any real need to label what you believe it.

Well i suppose what it boils down to is what it says on his contract. My guess is they never gave him one, so he's free to do what ever the hell he likes.

That sounds like good advice. Don't looks at all your uni work was one big chunk, break it up into days / evenings and it won't look like so much. Don't drink caffeine is the best advice i can give, i'm trying to lower my stress levels as i'm having heart palpitations on a regular basis and 140+ BP. Why should it come back to you, just send people a generic email about how what's posted in this forum isn't your responsibility, everyone trades at their own risk etc etc. As for the rule, I've said this in other threads, the rule was made to stop people from just signing up to the forum to sell, however the reason kind of turned into 'we need to protect out members from scammers' which i think it a bit of a scapegoat. They're both valid reasons, but i don't think 'to protect our members' is a good enough reason, however the other is. As for warning members for doing this, there's definitely a different set of rules for each member. I post a picture of a bunch of guys semi-naked (the simps picture which was pretty PG), i get banned for 5 days, someone posts a picture of a penis, it gets reported, but it's still there to this day. It boils down to who the mods like and who they don't like.

The KHE collapse is a good chain, i use one, but you do need a slightly wider chain tool to remove the links.
