    What Does

In my head I've got Super Light and 'TRaining'. Which makes no sense.
  4. Pretty much put me off for life.
  5. I would have rather lot all my money than sold low. There's loads of talk that the banks have hit rock bottom now and they only way is up - they've seen the worst. I hope so. But Llods are always going to be behind everyone else - they're the only bank not going to be seeing profit, becuase of them buying out Halifax. But ultimately i'm very sure i'm going to make some money of out this.
  6. Well for a start Onza is based here, they've done a lot for trials with having such cheap beginner bikes, once you start shipping budget bikes out of country they price will start to put people off. I also believe Saracen and M.A.D are also British. Monty and Koxx are both in the same continent as us as well as a big long list of other brands that haven't come to mind. It's obvious to see why Europe has such a strong biketrials scene compared to New Zealand. And no matter how much you look at that side of of it, it also boils down to luck. Take myself for example, i ended up in a city in the USA (which the scene isn't too big over here compared to it's population) where there's half a dozen riders. I could have easily ended up somewhere where i'd have to travel an hour just to ride with someone.
  7. I'm actually back in profit again for the 2nd time since i've had them as of this morning! £18 wooo. They need to get to 180p and i'm buying a new bed, curtains and enough left over for a nice meal.
  8. To make it BETTTTTTTTTTTTARRRRRRRRR!
  9. England is quite small, so people don't have to travel hours for group rides, but big enough so that there's a decent population. England is the happy medium between the USA and isle of man. The raise in online shops in the uk is helping a lot too. I mean people from the usa and the rest of Europe will choose tartybikes before shops in their own country.
  10. Do you ever get asked where Aidensfield is?
  11. Where abouts? I'm from Whitby.
  12. Those hubs seem to be a bit 'iffy', i suppose they'd be ok for a beginner though. Don't forget though if you change you're hub you'll need to change your cranks too, which will lead to changing your BB too, and you rear wheel as you'll probably get a new rims and spokes, so it's a lot to upgrade.
  13. The real question is how do they get the chocolate on them sooo smooth?
  14. Nope. I don't really get them. (I do have an isa as in a regular savings account, but for shares )
  15. I'm about £85 down from where i started. If you'd have asked a couple of weeks ago, i would have been £600 down. So that's relatively pretty good. Also, if i'd have bought the shares when they were at their lowest, i'd have made over 2 grand profit. Arrow points to when i bought them.
  16. Around £90-£100 sounds pretty reasonable.

    Yes. http://archibaald.mybrute.com/team/1919
  18. Exactly, me personally i get my ass down to the PO asap and send it 2nd class recored and I've never had one complaint of me sending an item 2nd class.
  19. This is why you send things recoded delivery, then whether or not it got there and the person isn't letting on isn't an issue! Come on, the guy obviously hasn't got his pads. If you find the receipt and prove that it's been posted that doesn't archive anything, you can't get a refund from the PO just sending it first class because you can only get your money back if they look at the tracking number and see that it hasn't been delivered. Regular first class mail isn't tracked. The only thing i can say in your defense is that if it was send at the end of April, he hasn't really given it long enough as sometimes they can take up to 3 weeks. But the guy you sold the pads to has done nothing wrong, so he's not to blame, you are for not sending it recored.

    My Brute Thread

I know, when my brute was on level 5 i went through a phase of self harming because i felt to worthless, but level 6 was dandy.
  21. Firstly, Damon if you are reading this YOU ARE IN THE WRONG. There was a thread a while ago about you similar to this, the problem is you refuse to send things recored delivery, that's why you think you've bee ripped off 100 times before. Just send recored delivery, KEEP the receipt and then you haven't got a problem - it'd take 20 seconds to look and see if it was delivered or not. On the other hand, royal mail it shit, but they do quite rarely loose things, most 'lost' packages do actually turn out to be very late, or they actually haven't ever been sent. Damon obviously didn't send if recored delivery, so there's no chance of him getting back the money from royal mail if he does find the receipt anyway. So what i suggest should be done is wait 2 weeks from now, if nothing turns up, refund time!
