Ah ok. So could you hypothetically get something that'll convert a VGA and an audio cable into a HDMI output?

I could but I was just hoping I didn't have to run a cable (or two) with the rest of the cables we have cluttering up our room, but I guess one more isn't going to matter. Doesn't the VGA send sound too?

Ok so here's more of a PC question but I'll ask here for now. My wife's laptop has a HDMI port so I went out and bought a 15 foot cable so she can use it as a computer monitor too (she's not going to be sat 15 feet away) my laptop doesn't have a HDMI port, is there any way I could use the monitor port of my laptop and the headphone port and conect that to the end of the HDMI cable so I could use mine in the same way?

I was tempted by the Sony but read a few bad reviews of the screen going out. I like the LG too but it's really really thin, which makes me think I'm paying for that and losing quality on other aspects. The Samsung is a little bit too pricey compared to the other too but if it's worth it I could stretch to that price?

Here. That's what I've got to choose from. Looking at this or for $50 less this. (Price of the LG is $449) Can't decide!

Ok problem is half solved. I found a topic where someone was asking the same question and I downloaded the Toshiba Value Added Package and that did fix it. It even brought back the menu which shows a long the top when you press the Fn button which I'd forgot even happened. But then it just went away again and everything stopped working. Any idea as to why it keeps going away?

Windows 7, but my OS and specs of my laptop shouldn't have anything to do with it. It's a Toshiba if that helps. ...ok There is actually 1 fn buttons that's working, and that's the ability to switch the fn key to change to the numberpad instead of letters. And this can be locked on. So the Fn key is working, it's just that it only works with one button.

My F keys (f1-f12) all have those symbols on them. So do many other buttons about my keyboard. However they don't work anymore - they used to once upon a time.

Ok, my Fn button has seemed to have stopped functioning. When I press and hold the Fn button, the led comes on saying it's pressed. But when I press any of the F keys, nothing happens of any of them. The F keys also work on their own.

Well she was looking for something between 10.1" and 13.3". So the 11.6 worked out perfectly. What I'm saying is it's an extra inch and a half on the mini's makes it the best of both words. Small enough for it to be carried around easily and big enough to be used comfortably compared to a 10" screen which is a little too far.

I agree, didn't have the same impact as his April vid. But that's certainly not taking anything away from this! 8 mins just wasn't long enough.

I once wanted something from tarty to be sent to the USA and the shipping was a little pricey so I asked them and they said that it's their preferred shipping method, but they can send it cheaper with less (no) security if it got lost. But yeah, call them. Don't know why people don't call straight away rather than posting.
