Not if they tell you they will keep it for you. Not legally binding but I would never go there again. Broadribbs once replaced my broken pashley with a zebdi and sent the pashley back to be repaired. They said it was cool they would just keep the new pashley. A year on and they are still waiting for the pashley. Thats good service. If they say they will keep it for you they should, end of.

Yeah you got to be careful when using shops your not familiar with, and even if you do use them quite a bit you still have to make sure. I try not to order stuff online, I find it much better to phone them up. (exception is chainreaction when i have to). This way you can get them to double check and make sure everything is spot on. Normally I use bike dock to order koxx bloxx and grips because they always get them to me pretty quick with no fuss. This monday when i rang them to order some they said they had run out. So fair enough I tried somewhere else. I ended up buying from the trials shop. They had everthing so I placed the order. This was monday morning and I still have no grips or bloxx. This I find redicuolous. If bikedock had had them in stock I would of got them latest wednesday. Its not hard to post something first class is it. Im never using them again thats for sure :bunny: Shit shop!! The only shops I really trust are broadribbs in biester (not lemington spa) and tartybikes :deej:

Its cool man. Im sure we have all been there at some point. Im sure you would do the same :bunny:

You could say d521 I suppose. Was the best rim to have for a long time, and still its one of the strongest around. Im sure most people have owned one or still do. And I think you have to mention the middleburn crank. Be around for years and years and is still one of (the best in my eyes) the best around.

Stevie stevie STEVIE, awsome stuff mate. I quite liked the music. My fav part is where you land both wheels on the wooden fence thing off of the grass bank, pure class :wink2:

If you use paint to put grips on A) It is slippery when wet so helps them slide on (not as well as WD40 or GT85 ) :wink2: When it dries ( which is 5 minutes max ) it sticks the grip to the bar better than if you had put it on without anything C) All you have to do is cut them off with a knife when u need to replace them. You can remove them in one piece with a screwdriver if you need to.

I would drill a hole and cut a new slot because then you can use a seat post or put a mini seat in there. Its very easy to do. Its what I did on my zebdi.

pull a sickie/book holiday

Some glues can dissolve rubber so might wear through, only time will tell. If that dont work just use some spray paint.
-
I would only ever use spray paint. I would suggest against gt85 and hair spray and things like that because they help to get the grip on but dont help it stay there. With paint, just spray it inside the grip and it will slide on easlily and then leave it for a few minutes and they wont budge until you cut them off to replace them. You can ride in the pissing rain and they will be fine.

Not really new. Thats what I had to do about 2 weeks ago. Exactly the same way. Most of us have loads of those bolts lying around because they round off so easy :(

you dont need olives with braided hose

I have snapped my forks so I cant :(
-
Nah it done now any way. I would NEVER use echo forks :(

I think all the people who are saying they only ride in the dry need to do 3 things in the winter. 1. When you put your grips on spray paint inside them and then slip them on and leave for 5 minutes. I always do this with my grips because they will never move until you cut them off to replace them. It shocks me the amount of people that dont do this or similar to their grips. Even in the pissing down rain they dont move at all. I seriously suggest it. 2. Grind your rim.!!! Im sure all the people saying that they dont mind until their riims get wet. its because you use tar or a smooth rim. Im not trying to have a go as I know these things work when its dry very well, but in the winter its hardly dry is it. So get the grinder on those rims and maybe switch to some harder pads, and then you can go riding in any weather and not worry about your rims getting wet and your brake not working. and 3. Get some warm comfortable clothes :( sounds stupid but can make those cold months alot more comfortable. Just things like a nice fleese. Just try these things out in the winter and Im sure you will really enjoy it. Riding in the wet is so much fun, it makes even the easiest move alot harder. Look at the andrew t vincent vid 2. The rain didnt stop vince riding. :)

Hoffman probally doesnt ride switch footed, but people were saying that its better to be right footed because then you can side hop away from your mech. You should be able to go both ways regardless to what foot you use. :( I believe tomm was just messin when he said that your more connected to the drive train. Im afraid I dont see any advantage from either foot being the dominate. If the u.k rode under uci rules then I think everyone would be using switch foot now and then. :)

Well i just watched a vid of felix riding in a german championship on a blue bt but im not sure if that was from the event we are talking about. Is a well good vid, felix is just ripping through the sections. And there was one of marco hosel aswell. Im sure felix will show you>

I love riding in the wet and when its raining. It makes me concentrate more and it forces u to ride smoother. The way I see it is that we live in england so if u didnt ride in the wet then u would miss 2/3 of the year. I actually do love it, plus if you can do it in the wet then you can do it in the dry

its ok, now I have ordered some smart guys from tartybikes. Just have to move my stem up a bit?? Cheers for all the help though :( keep going if u want :ermm:

Well in the last couple of months I have cracked the disc mount on my Ti forks and tonight I cracked my ashtons at the crown weld :( . So I need some new forks. As you can probally tell Im quite harsh to forks as I like front taps, hooks, hanging off the front wheel and gaps to front wheel. I like the way my echo control short rode with my ashtons on so I would like some forks that are 415mm long. So I want some proper tough forks that are not too heavy ( yeah wouldnt we all ) say under 1050g that are 415mm long with a disc mount for the mono trial to go with my harsh style. I have used the search. Any fork recommendations are welcome because I can see what is out there, I just dont know how good they are??? :ermm: :D

It doesnt make a diiference. And u should be able to do things either direction ( left and right ) anyway. As hoffman says " if u can only go one way then u are only half a rider" I can do stuff both ways but obviously better with my good foot. (right) Dan wheeler from essex does different moves better with different feet. e.g. wheel swaps better with left foot then gaps better with right foot. :(
