very nice vid mike top effort, all the bb snaps were sweet, did you know your frame was gonna snap on that drop? as it kinda looked like you expected it to happen.

its a fixed hub it turns round and round and its about all it does really.

i had my first ride on my zoo bars today and im really liking them very trialsy feel to them being so wide.

i cant belive you would even consider them.

them lizard skins are for shit unsealed headsets or for when you ride through lots and lots of crap. now your headset isnt unsealed and im doubting you ride through lots and lots of crap so therefore its not needed. bike looks nice you should do something with the seat. theres no need for a seat clamp push it in and make it sit lower, it makes bikes look so much better.

the office everytime little britains good but the office is awsome, the christmas specials where so perfect it just made the holes series worth it.

f**king gutted, theres a chap who lives in the next village a total loser no freinds ect he won 125,000 and bought a old trex. 125k and he buys a t rex shows what a loser he was. anyway we have a sindecate at work pound a week each and we never win a thing its crap i want to stop but i know if we win id kill myself so i think ill keep playing.

ive got a superstar parkinson for sale if your interested very nice frame in tip top condition, nice and light at 5.6lbs it has a 20.75 tt and 14inch stays, im looking for about 120 posted for it. as for the ipod i love mine i got it christmas and i use it everyday for work and whenever i ride and its fine its never skipped looks pimp and is very easy to use i like the jog wheel very nice idea and a pleasure to use.

thats what im thinking, its not like a old man on a donky had to travel for weeks with only a bottle of water to deliver it.

i like to keep mine the same helps with making the bike look tidy i have, red kings with a red king headset on my control. gold king headset with gold profiles on my bmx. black king headset with black bulbs on my freeride bike, well ill soon have a black bulb on the front of the freeride bike.
