have you got any tension at the caliper? as if the springs arnt tight it wont return you probly allready know this but its worth me asking.

this is another thing im confused by how people cant get any tension from there tension seekers, mine pisses all over mechs my chain runs so close to my chainstays as i have a ti bash and the chain never taps the chainstay unless i do something stupidly hard. tension seekers forever i say :P

if you have a old mech hanger use the bolt out of that alltho you have to find a spacer for it as itll just wobble about. anyway ive never managed to round a bolt on either on mine and both of them lasted a good few months.

I agree with john there isnt any need for a v brake on a bmx if you get a well set up u brake some decent pads your brake will work amazingly, remember this isnt trials so you dont need a brake with instant lock alot of new comers from trials dont realise this, youll need a brake with nice modulation. Personally id steer clear of the profile cranks there good but i think there are better cranks out there like my primo exels awsome cranks. What you said about lever ratios, i had a play and tryd to use my avid ultimate lever with my fly brake and lets just say it didnt work at all. A dirty harry lever and evolver brake will do you proud

mine are snatch, lock stock and two smoking barrels, siqns and also liked wrong turn. i agree with simon aswell the bournes are good but i thought the bourne identity was the better one.

youll have loads of room if you switch to a 20t ring. and ive been running my 16t ti bash for ages now and i havnt snapped a single chain. ive had 2 chains, i switched from the bmx kool chain to the mtb one and i have been fine with both.

that wheel looks a peice of shite i would never run it, its a cheapo hub on a cheapo rim they says its mega strong but it isnt, all because its a bmx wheel it doesnt mean its strong.
