Everyone else has answered it all above really! I was a bit slow catching up. Dont think theres any BIU comps in the UK this year, so dont think you'll need to bother getting one if your planning to just stick to comps over here. Biketrial federations got that sorted You'll only need one if your doing the BIU European cups,Euro champs or world championships, which is the reason I needed to look into getting one. Scott

Yeaaaaaah Sums up the trip perfect - Those 2 riding awesome with me just wobbling about being pretty awful in comparison making sure I was hardly on camera haha, but all of us having a lot of fun! Mega trip!

I'm saying that could still be Adam! Untill Adam can prove, In the form of pictures, that he and Deng are seperate people. I will have to believe that Adam is actually a chinese bicycle manufacturer /sweatshop owner

I thought we were talking about this website http://www.echobike.com and the list on there and that Adam had set that up, which would mean he was actually Deng (never seen a picture of him.....?) I'm far less impressed with this story and its lack of hidden identity's and conspiracy

My insoles were custom made ones, made by a friend for my riding. I used to pronate quite a bit when walking but it was noticeable when riding aswell so he made them for me. I use ribo's at the moment for riding but have used the insoles in monty,try all and ribo's and they worked fine. I haven't got any in my current everyday kinda skate shoe. I've used the skate shoes for riding in a couple of times, but never used them as my main riding shoes. I find they don't cushion as well on hard landings. I felt ok riding with out any insoles in, but if I had the option I would use insoles in all my shoes. My trainers/running shoes have arch support built in I can only really recommend what we use in shop which is these (supportive) http://podplus-shop.co.uk/shop.php?id=150 and these (cushioning) http://http://podplus-shop.co.uk/shop.php?id=205 They seem the best off the shelf ones you can buy. If you have got the money though I'd recommend going to see a podiatrist and seeing what exactly your need's are and what they would recommend Then they can create some specifically for you.

Hello! I currently use orthotics In my ribos and have had no problems with mine. Ive used them for 5+ years in different model ribos's. Currently using MTX's. Your's should fit and work no problem. Mine were custom made by a friend however if you do find you need a new pair your podiatrist will be able to make some up for you easy enough. I currently work with a podiatrist and they will all be happy to help you out and inform you of anything you need advise on.

Im a massive tart when It comes to the cold so started using baselayers a week or so ago.use them for pushbike and motorbike I currently use - http://www.baselayer.co.uk/Men-s-Under-Armour-ColdGear-Long-Sleeve-Compression-Mock-0512--Dark-Rifle-Green-product-39-72 and http://www.baselayer.co.uk/Under-Armour-Men-s-ColdGear-Evo-Core-Vent-Compression-Leggings-1100727-1221716--Black-product-332-72 Usually under trackies and T shirt/hoody. Work really well, I find they benifit me more inbetween riding when I stop for a drink/chat for 5 min I dont cool down as quick and my muscles stay working in tip top shape. I usually keep them on for an hour or so after I top riding to. Highly recomended!

I was up in the loft the other day and I found my old folders full of results. Hundreds and Hundreds of them dating from from 1995 before I started up untill around 2008 when most events done everything online. It brought back some amazing memories and I think I lot of people on facebook shared those thoughts. I thought I would post some up here, I was only going to post up a couple but got a bit carried away. He's already been 3rd at the UCI world youth games, so can be pretty handy at UCI when he needs to be Looking spot on on that already. Perfect timing this winter to make the switch. Couldnt of chosen a better song!

We have a winner! That was siiiiick nick! Some pretty mental lines and some down right weird tricks in there! No one else will come close to being that creativly awesome! Its looking like Massa Will stay at Ferrari for another year. Vettels got a contract for 2014........ He was only going to get that If he won 3 world titles with them. He's going to be piiiiiissed! It was a prototype version he was after I think, apparently he even made a mark somwhere secret on it just so he knew he was getting the exact right one
