I hate zip tieing mechs to frames, looks messy and makes it harder to get the rear wheel out. Just do whats said before and remove the spring, works perfectly and the rear wheel can be taken out as normal.

I have had mine on for a month or so now, no problems at all with them! You can get lighter, but for the price they are pretty awesome cranks, I think they look great too.

not true, the daddy long legs is also known as the "harvestman" spider, but in fact it isnt a true spider as it only has one body segment (compared with a real spiders two). Thats the uk daddy long legs anyway, I think the americans have different spiders, but they are still not dangerous at all. THE most venomous spider is the Brazilian "wandering" spider, it is also very aggressive and can jump. However it is not the most dangerous as it lives in forests far from most humans. That title can go to either the Black widow or the Funnel Web as both live in peoples houses and gardens. As I am on about venom, the MOST venomous animal in the world, above all snakes and spiders is the Box Jellyfish, they are nasty!!

cheers ben. Yeah, things are still moving on, but a little slower than first thought, though to be honest, I thought their prediction of completion by march was hopfull at the best! Maybe march next year, we'll have to see (will be worth the wait though!)

sorry, cant have any indoor parts, I have asked but the costs are too high plus everything has to "fit in" with the landscape and history of the quarry.

I must admit I didn't enjoy myself much today, didnt feel like riding, had no energy and I was struggling with the tough sections. I did one lap then retired, first time for years I have done that!! I wont be there tomorrow either, might ride some local rocks....have a good day to all who go!

Stan- I ride with stan the most, he can go a fair bit bigger than me and smoother at the same time, it makes me mad, but he's a great guy and we both teach each other new stuff. Iolo- has the insane ability to pigion anything in front of him, never gets angry or upset (he is the most optimistic person ever!) also sharing a house with him gives us the oppertunity to go riding at the drop of a hat. Rowan- Thinking outside the box and going big at the same time, rowan mixed with danny mac is how I want to ride! Danny mac- Also thinking outside the box, actually, he destroys the box! Quick to learn new stuff and always has a smile on his face (never seen him unhappy!). Bigman- travels far and wide to come ride, pretty commited! Not a bad rider too! can gap further than me anyway , bigmans always on my list of people I want to ride with. Andrei Burton- very proffessional, makes a living from riding, that inspires me. Also he is a beast on a bike and great to talk to. Ben Travis- last video blew me away, also a great guy to ride with and he puts up with my travis abuse pretty well! Vincent- unbelievable riding skill! Totaly 100% commited to trials, funny guy too (and I can beat him at bowling! ) Danny Comas- making the biggest stuff look effortless! Adam Bezzlelele- apart from his accsent, totally sound sowted geeza ho aint alf bad on the biwk, will do anythink for you too guvn'er. Probably forgotten a couple of people, I'll edit later if I remember

gutted I couldnt go! Martins getting a beast at taps it seems, also tell sten to get his pedal vertical when setting off for a tap. Pictures are lovley and crisp, nice summery colours as well, I particually like the sunset!

give clare a treat! she has taken some cracking pics! Vince is a monster! I cant believe he got that sketchy line at back cowm TO REAR WHEEL!! Gotta be the hardest thing I can think he did! Also, him tapping and sidehopping the "hook" wall in blackburn was nuts! Fair play to stan as well, can nearly gap as far as vince! It was cool to meet everyone, was nice to have some nice weather at back cowm too, really does make a difference. Cheers for sharing Ads

fair play too all riders, those sections look tough as hell! They are sooo slippery in the wet! Hopfully there will be more comps at the quarry, I hope you liked it enough to use again dave, sorry I didnt enter, I'll do my best to get to the next ones!

I agree, bending the spring upwards sure helped me from knocking the springs off....in fact, it never happened at all after I did it.

I wont be going to either, cant afford it, plus I have lost all interest in riding international BIU comps. I am puting all my money and energy into the UCI rounds. Have fun guys!
