I remember reading somewhere that some downhill racers use shorter cranks as they can sprint better with them. Think it may have been on BikeMagic a couple of years ago...
To steal a phrase from a certain other forum.
That's gayer than a sack of dicks on Christmas morning...
The rest are God damn awesome though. If I wasn't such a basher I'd seriously consider the Orange Sky just for that colour...
EDIT: What rims are they on the Red Sky? Obv TryAll but are they new?
Ha my halls only cost £55/week!
They were a bit of a hole but it really didn't matter, so fun
Is there noone going to any of the Birmingham Universities?
Hmm I'm interested in trying this, I've got a Logitech G25 but I mostly, well only, play GTR Evolution/Race 07.
What's it like? Is there a large community?
Joe my Great Aunt has been a devout Christian all her life and attends Church aaaallllll the damn time.
Unfortunately she's going bat shit crazy with dementia. Could you do me a massive favor and do some praying to "heal" her? Because f**k me is it mentally and emotionally painful to go and visit her seeing the way she is. If I believed in the crock of shit you call the bible I would join in but unfortunately I'm intelligent enough to know that I've just got to accept life for what it is. Hopefully I'm wrong and she'll be right as rain in no time.
Cheers.
In that case they'll probably only have to stand up to the reactional force of the brake which will be axial to the bolt anyway. I'd give it a go, if it breaks, you still have another brake on the back/front
I'm undecided on this.
I think it depends on your bosses and calipers. If the calipers sit fairly proud of the bosses then there may be a fair bit of force on the bolt heads however from memory I don't think this is usually the case.
