    Cereal box works too ;-) all the water gaskets on my race engine were made out of it for the entirety of last season.

    Or racing full of twats I considered one of the French hatch series, but the driving standards are terrible and the amount of money they throw at the cars is insane.

    4wd system is very heavy and saps engine power. Light, RWD and cheap consumables = ideal track car.

    Hmm, they don't look like cracks... Looks a lot like whatever gunk that is on the BB shell. Tried cleaning those areas with strong solvent?

    They aren't just 'bolts', there's a groove for a circlip, indents in the threads and obviously the head is for machined from scratch. But the thread is M6 I think.

    This is the bit I'm struggling to get my head around as well, haha.

    I see, so the system compares all 4 wheel speeds and if any one of them is travelling slower than the others, reduces brake pressure to that wheel? And then that whole system is constantly repeated...

    Hmm, I always thought the ABS system was designed in such a way that it would detect a lockup, in order for it to kick in. Otherwise, how else would it know? Doesn't ABS give marks like this too?

    A buzz is the wrong thing to try and achieve if you're already having energy issues though, it will make you crash (in energy levels) even more.
