  1. Will get those designs to you asap dude, sorry for the delay!
  2. When things are new, they're often pretty tight so won't slip on all the way. Once you ride everything will bed in a bit and they should slide on a little further - just keep an eye on them and keep them tight A bit of grease might not go amiss too? EDIT: This was Mark on Adam's computer, btw...
  3. Nice one - was struggling to find that!
  4. It's made by a 'regular' MTBer: http://www.clockworkbikes.com/ Saw the build thread on OTN, some interesting concepts/ideas but not really my thing!
  5. Nice stuff dude! Smooth and controlled, like it +1 for full video.
  6. Much easier for us to answer a phone call instead of an email!
  7. Yep, it's integrated into the site. I'll have a look when I'm at work Depending on how many emails we have it may take a day or two to get back to you, fastest way to get a reply is by phone
  8. Because it will seriously confuse everyone! Exactly.
  9. We don't sell any freewheels which aren't 100% up to the job, you can get much cheaper ones but as said, they really don't last!
  10. Some dirty Americanism Are filled out surveys from people who don't play football any good to you Patt? Happy to fill one in, but if it's no good for your results....!
  11. That's right, the new frames have a different style bashplate, the older ones are discontinued unfortunately.
  12. Try-All, or Echo with a little modification.
  13. There are a couple of vertical hooks in there. Also a big hook to 90 at Preston Docks too...

    Spokes

Yep, if there is a query/problem we'll always email or call within 8 working hours. We class spokes as a different case though.

    Spokes

Yep, I've done it on my last 3 front mod wheels, never had a problem. As Mark said, the Silver Sky bikes came with 2x rear wheel and again no issues. Mike - Which spoke calcs are you using? Which dimensions for hub and rim? I'm 99% confident the spoke sheet with your order is correct, 175 disc 2x and 177 non disc 2x will build up perfectly. I probably built 1 of these wheels per week a couple of years ago. Your notes didn't specify a lacing pattern so in these cases we go with something that's a good balance of weight, strength and uses the closest lengths to what we have in stock - for example, if 3x is 188 and we only have 186, we'll check what lengths are needed for 2x and if it's closer we'll go with that. If you do want to send them back for refund or exchange though then no problem at all, our returns form is in the T&Cs section of the site. Forteh - Emailing/calling people to ask about lacing patterns is usually fruitless and a waste of everyone's time - it's rare for customers to know what they want (and if they do, they'll put it in the notes) and it often adds another 24-48 hours onto the overall ordering process, which nobody wants!
  16. That'll be DOB then, and probably just because it looked pretty
  17. What about front hooks? You break a hell of a lot more forks doing that than gaps to front...
  18. Haha - yeah just keep rinsing them through with clean water afterwards
  19. You can't unfortunately, smallest rotor you can run is 180 with that adaptor.
  20. Yep, works perfectly. Bit of washing up liquid, warm water, give them a good wank (lol) and they'll be MUCH better! Amazing how long they last, most foam grips will be torn to shreds before they are saturated with hand-ming!
  21. You better be! I'll be first in the Ali-bumming queue Just seen some clips that Mark filmed at the weekend
  22. Surly Singulator: http://crossgeared.com/stuff/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/m2singulator.jpg Not a great advert though!
  23. Sold over 200, had 3 back - Patt Donovan, Ben Slinger, Dave Kerr. All top riders who go big and ride hard. The axle isn't cast by the way.
  24. There will be plenty for lower skill levels - that's the main 'lesson' we took in from last year. A lot of the course was set up for the demo rides, but the smaller stuff was much more well-used!
  25. No - but ideally you shouldn't be using the brake with the TPA adjusted, you should move the cylinders in. Having the TPA would in puts too much pressure on the threads and will strip them. The brake should be used with the TPA wheel butted up against the shoulder on the push rod. As said above, you can just get a metal TPA though, that will do the trick if you are in the habit of playing with your TPA a lot.
