Look at the move in that vid at 43 secs in. I would say they counted as he can obviously make that height, he just did some other stuff afterward so it looked better. I remember when I was little I was speeding down a underpass and didnt see these people. I crashed straight into a pram, luckily it was empty but I felt so bad after that.

BUT STREET RIDING COMES FROM COMPS. Basically I dont think they count if what the rider does is go on, then come off immediately. If, however, the rider goes on then due to lack of balance has to come of then I can understand it. To me that would suggest that they can make that height, just their balance wasnt quite right at that time. It still doesnt count though. They can look pretty cool though.

Get a measuring tape and string. Measure the distance from hub to hub, this is the wheelbase. Tie a peice of string from hub to hub then measure the distance from the string, to the center of the BB, that is the BB rise. The chainstay length is easy to measure and the head angle is going to be either 71 or 72 degrees most likely.
