I had this about a year ago now. Incedibly annoying i know! I stopped riding for a week, was still there after. I then left it for another 3 weeks before attempting to ride again, during that three weeks i tryed using deep heat, but realised if its inflamed i need to cool it so used an ice pack, neither worked. The last two weeks i just drank an abundant amount of green tea and fresh ginger tea, both are anti inflammatory, ginger tea is the better of the two, and all was good. Just be patient and rest it, or it will never go.

....because it contains caustic soda. stripped my anodized rockman frame a few days ago with caustic soda, came off no problem......lethal stuff!

Just watched this, i can't believe how well she is coping, amazing! soo grown up for her age, good on you girl! and r.i.p to that danny guy, didn't know him, but looked like a decent rider.

ive been getting a loud cracking noise when i gap to front wheel aggressivly, don't know if its my headset, frame or forks? dunno what else it could be? its annoying the hell outta me!
