  1. That was sweet guys! Sweet riding, rad edit, tune was a winner...
  2. More to the point, those the 2.5" bars, yeah? Feels so weird having a set on after the Montys, going to be a bunnywhop machine though
  3. Looks freshhhhhh with the 'burns on dude. You welcomed questions: How high do you reckon one of these would drop to flat
  4. That's an incredibly sweet machine!
  5. That looks gorgeous Ross, good work!
  6. It's probably already found a new home I think, I'll let you know should it become available again
  7. Grant Hundley: A massive penis: Edit; Oh, what a shame
  8. No rush, I have a few questions to ask him and can't do anything until I have a definite buyer for the Inspired
  9. I have a few questions to ask Marino with regards to possible tensioning ideas but if that goes well and I sell the Inspired then I'll be in, as will Scott (bender) I think
  10. Thought that up a fair while ago - it'd make life so much easier! Obviously you lose freewheel compatability unless someone makes modified freewheels too, but whoever decided that threading on a highly torqued component was a good idea was a goon
  11. Just a quick one - since a lot of guys seem to be looking at possibly getting a Marino frame done - keep in touch. Ordering together should cut down on shipping costs a fair bit which can only be a good thing
  12. Throw it in, any info is helpful at the mo! And yeah, Scott, it is!
  13. Right, as anyone who knows me can testify, having something longer than a couple of months gets boring! For a while now I've been considering a custom frame, from a Leeson a few years ago to a Marino about 12 months ago. All this talk's got me thinking yet again, and I've just spent the day summing up the pros and cons of it a little and still haven't managed to decide one way or the other! So, people who've had steel street frames before, what's the dealio? I've not had a steel trials frame before - how do they feel relative to alu rigs? Current Marino frame owners, what are your thoughts on them? Did yours turn out as planned with regards to gemoetry and stuff. Cheers girls!
  14. A few guys are running BMX spacer rear ends for use with King hubs with no issues Geometry is totally up to you though, depending on your size, riding style etc
  15. Once it's on the back wheel with it's inverted chainstays it'll be fiiiiiine
  16. Unfortunately for Kearns, you're right
  17. Just need to bring a sleeping bag or bedding - I have bathtub, sofa, camp bed (for the sexually unsure) and a double bed going spare so take your pick, Nick No homebrew & 'bow for Pierre
  18. If the wetness is gone, I shall roll in for a while. Nick, there's talk of some social activities this evening - if you fancy it there's more than enough room at mine to crash
  19. I think you may well be able to pay via PayPal if you'd like it to stay easy and secure. If not all those "Cash Converters" style places tend to do Western Union All this talk/pictures is making me have naughty thoughts about new frames again!
  20. His issue, not mine - I'm simply using the links the entrants gave
