  5. i got mine off the fresh products one as im lazy and didnt machine one off on the cnc lathe :$ but crc sell rollers etc
  6. erm cos me fook all. the one i had intended to do wasnt possible so had to do this one litterally over night! so i pikied some aluminium then found some acrylic, bobs your uncle!
  7. its got a smaller slot yes but has two holes to bolt the roller in too! so more adjustable. its lighter too and yes i did include it in the existing products section
  8. its a black chain you fool!! hahaha yeh bit familier! well used 4mm aluminium as a base then 6mm acrylic on top then just cut out and drilled holes in appropriate places! i was having probs with the fresh one so made this one. it has 2 holes to put the roller in place and a smaller rainbow shapped slot on the rear. makes life easier

  11. awsome like them alot! whats your v set up? i just got a v-brake for mine they work amazing very nice and well looked after bike
  12. awsome that bikes nice. my mates gettin one of them frames next week could do with a little mini seat on it though makes them look alot nicer one of them frames would be one of my first choices if i was to get a new frame now.
  13. yeh dont bother with the new chain old one will do. just brake down an old cassette and get all the spacers out and use the cog you like best. or if not post up on here for a single speed kit. i got offered loads of cassette spacers and cog when i did for like 7 quid
  14. not you old set-up! got rid of the xtr lever and got me an ultimate one!
  15. yeh i love short bikes can backwheel higher and alsorts! its now got a v-brake set-up on the rear which worked better than my maggie with rb lever blade etc. avid ultimate lever and caliper with heatsink cnc white pads!! works amazing

  19. yeh as soon as my mate comes round with the cable we shall give it a shot and see. i couldnt see anywhere ovious for the spring to go so im unsure. just hope the v-brake works after all the hassle!
  20. i was hoping that was the case but ive had a sd5 an sd7 and the xtr levers all have springs? was just wondering as it was fairly expensive and didnt want it too be wrong thanks anyway that deffo what i wanted to hear! edit: damn it.
  21. hi there recieved my avid ultimate lever today and it doesnt have a return spring for when you pull the lever? is this right or is it supposed to have one? thanks in advance

  23. id say go for the avid bb7 had mine probs more than a year now and its great! works a treat. got it in 185mm. works awsome
  24. yes i must say your right but i dont want out right speed at the car wouldnt perform to well considering how hard the tyres are and how hard ive set up the suspention. i dont think it would actually turn due to excessive understeer! it has understeer now untill i blip the brake on
