your local industrial estate! im a motorcycle mechanic so when new bikes get delivered they are all on pallets. i take 3 home each night in the back of my car! lol. just steal a few at a time from somewhere..anywhere you see them!!haha.

deffo change the forks! those things will weigh a tonne!!! make it hard work on back wheel! nice pair of rigids is what you want. just cheap ones wil do! ive got a few pairs!!? maybe a maggie or a v brake on the back would be quite nice too! all depends on your budget mate
