ok people its just past 2.00 in the morning, and iv just finished building my new beast up !! gotta be ready for fort bill trip 2morrow. i went for a crazy colour choice and went all out with it, but i LOVE it and when iv got my new black headset/hubs/bar/stem, its gonna look SOO good, the geometry: 1090mm wheelbase 380mm chainstays 15mm Bottom Bracket rise 71.75 degree head angle i couldnt decide on a 71.5 degree or a 72 degree, lol with a small built in booster arch, powder coated frame/fork/rims to match of course. and iv have put a gear shifter mount on the seat tube, but not directly on, because the shifter when used will swing out and hit my legs, or get moved. so its mounted 90deg offset, the the level will swing inline with the tube. wooo really glad people like it ! yes it is fillet brazed. and no it isnt supposed to look like lots of tiny little c shapes like the bit of TIG welded Ti frame some1 showed. and people are sooo right the colour looks amazing ! also the weld is V strong because there is a similar weld but only about 3mm wide on the INSIDE of each joint. the joint is done first with a slightly higher heat, creating an internal weld, then the weld u can see is done on a very slightly lower heat. also alot of the strength of a basic Tube-Tube joint is in how well the tube fits the next. gaps cause weaknesses. so i make sure EVERY tube fits every tube BANG ON, if there is a gap, the tube goes in the scrap bin, and i go for it again. glad people like it anyway. iolo.

that looks WELL good. its £35 for a frame, or £40 for frame and fork. i try to persuade frame and fork, cos it looks SOO dam good ! glad people like it, i LOVE it ! iolo.

LAS helmets ?? slightly diff shape ?

im fairly sure ashtons are supposed to be 45mm or 40mm. but i know for sure ashtons have a tendancy to bend forward easyily.. get some urbans/fattys/GU/zoo... shud b fine. or if they deff arnt bent ! just try gettin used to it ! iolo.

i had it when i hurt my foot about 4 weeks back, well hurt ! i passed out for like 20 secs, whilst riggling about in pain on the floor.. also, once waaayyy back in the day i bunny hopped off 10 stairs on my old trials bike, i landed so dam plain hard that i winded myself , i didnt even fall off !! i just rode out and couldnt breathe! THATS SHOCKING! iolo.

im working on an adaptor.. if/when it works i will let people know ! cos i LOVE 18-16 ... as do many people ! iolo.

ye it will just be personal oppinion mod are genrally better for sidehops, stocks are genrally better for taps i LOVE! stock but of course otheres love mod! iolo.

thats just SUCH a hard question !! echo control....great, but VERY boring koxx XTP, brilliant geometry, BUT horrid CNC lumps and the weakest downtube around. ECHO PURE !!! ace deisgn, ace geometry and strong.. they are brilliant !! a real good frame ! but steel is still better ! lol iolobikes.com cant help being biased iolo.

im sure there is some gd stuff. but i dont really like screw on cranks and at a first quik look, the design on that booster looks crap. like the shape is more important than the job.. fashion over function,, urgh reds good though. iolo.

but sometimes i just got to land sideways to get a line right ! just land smooth as you can or lean with it and in a wall rideish way. or just let you rtyre fold to fu<k and see if u can deal with it as a challenge lol iolo.
