It is worth getting a welded one because if you are ordering you might aswell the welded one i use has lasted ages and my old one that wasnt welded always used to come undone welded For getting the freewheel off iit depends if it is front or rear even though they are both hard to get off you have to get something to leverage it off so a long pole to slip over the undoing device wud be perfect otherwise take it to your lbs thats what i normally do

It is worth getting a ACS welded because mine had lasted me ages and doesnt skip often either you dont have to make any maintence to them so it is a good choice or you could wait for the new tensile freewheel cause its meant to be quite good Cheers Mackey

Liking the site i think it looks quite professional it just needs the size adjusting Mackey

i had it done to my koxx forks and it looked proper good and recently i did it to my frame looks good if you keep it polished
