  1. Theres actually a clip of that rail gap ending in tears, but there wasn't space in the video to humiliate myself and still have the (mostly) successful version!
  2. Haha yes, my rail skills sadly leave much to be desired!
  3. Hi all Tommy and I haven't made a video in a fair while, but we finally got round to filming a video entirely in Southampton after being here for 4 years! Here it be: Comments always appreciated
  4. That was really nice, its given me a lot of tricks to try and learn now! Good work
  5. That is incredible, it puts my base to shame! Good work!
  6. I gotta say you're a hell of a lot better than i was after that short a time riding! Keep up the good work
  7. I have mx comps - 80mm travel on my base TA26 and that rides lovely, for both riding in woods over jumps etc and for streety trials. I love it!
  8. That was really good! I love videos like that, they make me want to just go out and ride until i can't ride any more!
  9. Hi, me and my housemate (Tommy D) are locals at southampton uni. Again, just PM us or email or whatever if you're up for a ride
  10. Surely the point is that its possible to put brakes on your bike and then not use them? Obviously you would take brakes on your bike to a comp, but if you're confident in not having to use them all the time.....then that's just another trick to add to the arsenal of all the techniques you might need to use. Just because you have brakes on your bike doesn't mean you have to use them all the time when its unnecessary.... I could be entirely wrong but i see this video a bit of a statement, like manifesto was against pointless hopping.... Also the riding in this video is absolutely amazing! Blew me away
  11. Very very very impressive!
  12. I really enjoyed that, your riding is huge and very smooth! i loved that gap to front at the end too! Good stuff

    Trials Is Life

I really enjoyed that, the progression of your riding like that is a really good idea. I have to admit you've tempted me to make one of my own like that! Nicely done, good video and good riding

    Creativity

That was seriously amazing i'm so inspired by so many lines in that video! I'm going to have to watch it several times to take in all that creativity though!
  15. I might be up for a folkestone ride on sunday, if someone gives me some directions from the station!
  16. As title says really..... Me and Tommy are riding folkestone on thursday afternoon, anyone is welcome to join in if they wish!
  17. Thats awesome! Can't wait to see it in the flesh as soon as the weather sorts itself out!

    Twice

Awesome, loved every second of it and i was sad when it stopped! More!
  19. Whats in that video is pretty cool, i'm into the spins and manuals, and as someone who enjoys doing that kind of riding, you definitely get points for being able to properly manual a mod! However i can't help thinking that the variety in there is pretty small, and that video would have been better if it had been a minute and a half long, just with the best lines from that one in it? If i was going to make a video of that length i'd personally throw some different tricks in there. I'm not going to say what they should be though! Its your choice if you want to ride BMX or trials or a combination of the two! Just throw some more stuff into the mix and your videos will be amazing!
  20. Definitely i love riding folkestone! Just say when and where and hopefully ill be free
  21. Love those pures! I knew someone who had about 15 cracks in his one and it was still going strong! I've no idea how it didn't fall apart! Lovely bike
  22. Yeah go for it with maybe some short travel forks, it would be a good experiment! One that i've also recently undertaken with suspension on a Base TA26... seems good so far! I know its not the same but i have ridden the Giant Team trials frame for ages now (with rigid forks) and absolutely love its old school geometry for streety riding. If it goes horribly wrong, base frames are only 99 quid
