  6. tut tut tut all these 16 year olds complaining they don't have time to ride, try like us old bastards having a full time job, girlfriend and having to actually budget and shit for rent, food, etc its all about priorities and organisation really, i am lucky and have a gf that supports me riding , so try to sort stuff out like i go riding when she wants to see her friends! But now i rather ride than go out on piss (which i still do occassionally, because its fun) and i have go out riding for a few hours and then met up with mates in pub/club at 11ish, so its true if you want to ride, you will find time. Sometimes riding less is good too - i hadn't ridden in a week or so and first time i had ridden uni for a coplue of weeks and i did so much new lines and stuff, because i really wanted to ride and i was determined not to the same old stuff
  7. you sell 24" ronnie/reggie rims - i love you hahaha
  8. damn right - only another couple on months to go till i am officially nearer 30 happy birthday !!
  9. half day closing on a wednesday EDIT: i know its a thursady before anyone says something ...
  10. lol fair enough about the booster, never actually used one. which ring thing you mean? the origional one for five bolt spiders wasn't really inovative, they just made it readily available - the one that replaced the spider for shimano crank arms was pretty cool. mike EDIT: i really hope i am having brain freeze and they are more inovative trials components out there - it would be pretty poo if there weren't
  11. just trying to think of any truely innovative trials components and i can think of very few framewise - i can think of a fair few but not actual components so far, i have got heatsink cnc magura backings leeson 6 bolt booster hope pro trials hub..hopefully erm..any more
  12. the urbans are longer than the pashleys ain't they? i have been thinkin of trying some longer forks on my leeson. yeah get a 90 - 110mm stem - it should be sweet!
  13. totally agree - some of the new bmx stuff coming out is awesome, that stem is ace and i want a 24" primo balance rim too!! i freecoaster on my 24" would be lots of fun too mike
  14. surely its just gonna be like the 36H version but with 32 instead but yeah it makes profile better i suppose, maybe they will make 32h more available if the know they could make a lot of sales in the trials world. they probably did the option to start with for lightwieght bmx race bikes
  15. 5 months i decided i needed a new rim at the end of sept 05 and haven't got round to building it up yet -haha i just got the spokes 3 weeks ago. Reckon i will have it done in august...
  16. porter is sick... ....green cranks on a red bike nice pics though - deffo making the trip down to bristol again, when the weather is better is rowan back on his pure too!
  17. on a similar note, do you think science could have been used to proof god exists or to back up bible 'theories' e.g. big bang - loud noises, loads of light which is similar to and god said 'let there be light' what if Mr.X is the kindest, nicest, most thoughtful man in the world, always helping people, doing charity work, etc,etc but has no faith in god? do you think he will go to heaven? if a rich man put a camel in the blender and uses a really fine jet spray and sprays it through an eye of needle, will he go into heaven?
  18. cool vid dude - loved the 180 to fakie manual to 180 to tap thingy was cool, some great riding by everyone a keeper Mike
  19. i think http://www.202426.co.uk does them mike EDIT: that site doesn't work anymore try UK F r a m e w o r k www.frameworkeastcoast.com 37 Southgates Rd. Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3LL P: 01493 850 660
  20. i run a maxxis 2.5 swampthing, they are pretty good and are a bit smaller than the 2.5 high rollers. irc kujo is alright too, i way prefer the maxxis, but its dece. have a look at arrow racing tires too http://www.arrowracing.com mike EDIT: the 47 duro arrow launch tire could be pretty good, maybe!
  21. i know when we f**ked the start threads on tims cranks, i came up with the random idea of putting selotape on the inside of the cranks and the bb tool then went in perfect because it slid over the selotape and caught on the good threads instead. worked perfectly. though depends on how much of the threads you have f**ked.
  22. its all about the pashley 26ghz, love that bike, every one i go on is sweet!! or a 1060 pure (old skool)
  23. yeah its the way the four bolt mounts are welded on, i know two people that snapped four bolt mount ones, both disk users and both sets went in the same place
  24. everything bit of riding i do is pointless.... though x-up rides down stairs for the win at the mo, closely following by 180 dropout pivots to fakie!!
