Yeah that's it. Althought not sure exactly what the problem is to be honest if it's the alignment between pad and rotor get the mount faced.

Reset the pads and see if it still does it

For anything other than making videos, recording music etc etc pc is the way to go. The hardware in the macs doesn't go anywhere near to justifying the cost and there are limitations as to what you can choose to have in there. Also 180 quid for a 1Tb hdd in a mac pro lol
