Pads: Heatsink blues in CNC's backings Time used: 3 days Rim used: Onza ronnie, full of dents and a nice flatspot Grind: Medium/light Brake: Magura hs33, water bleed, no booster. Previous pads: Plaz crm, Heatsink reds, Tensile Bubbegums, Heatsink batch something, Rimjam Blue, Rimjam Green, Heatsink honigs, Majics, Blacks, Homemade pads. Review: These pads are Beasty ! ... after putting them on and setting them up so they were hitting the rim square on they made the biggest honk ever witch is good. As soon i put them on they were holding great and had shit loads of bite witch is good, after a good 3 hours they started to make more of a sqeeky bitey soudn and started to have even more bite to them. after a days riding ( 7 hours) they were still a all good, they were holding so well and had shit loads bite. It's not my brake what slips it's my tyer ... the cnc's backings really do make a difference, they give a really solid feel at the lever and i'm not even running a booster and my brake is solid as f**k. The wear rate is bloody good from what i've seen ... they've not worn at all since i've been riding with them. Overall i'm really happy with these pads. Also Steve (Heatsink) will refill your backings for a good price, cost £10 for Blue material witch is a decent price in my eyes, when i sent mine for refill he replaced my cnc'd backings for some brand new one's !! becuase he was a day late on postage. Now How about that for top service.
