If youre getting funny coloured squares and blotchings on the tape, and you havent tried a new tape... er... do that. Knackered DV tapes do the whole coloured square distortion thing. No, it doesnt matter what brand tapes you use.

Hey guys, my mates managed to lose tickets for a gig im going to on tuesday... so im going to book some new ones from seetickets for it. it says collect at box office - obviously that makes sense as there isnt a guarantee they would get to me in time by post! So at the gig, is it as simple as printing my online order receipt, and they hand me 4 shiny tickets? Its at mean fiddler in london by the way, does anyone know where you pick them up from? xxx

Basically, you want a camera that has a 3CCD chip, for that money you should just about be able to get one. Much higher quality as essentially you have 3 sensors, one for each main colour (rgb) whereas on a cheaper camera its only 1ccd - 1 sensor that does each, so you get much worse colour reproduction. Get one that uses MiniDV tape - the whole DVD thing is for a consumer that wants to make home movies of the kids for their families to watch - its not really designed for an enthusiast, or I imagine the type of stuff you want to do with it - ie, edit biking videos properly. You also pay top whack for a DVD recording camera, rather than with miniDV you pay for the quality of lenses and colour systems.

Its like me saying "I cant get my cranks to come off my bike, ive tried, but they still wont come off!" and you saying "have you tried taking them off" Anywho, try running ad-aware, and get avg antivirus - that combo normally worked for me to clear crap off of my windows pc. aside from that, if you have a warranty, go get them to come out and have a look at it for you if that doesnt help!!

I think it was a guys voice... cant remember any other lyrics, oh, i think it went 'this is the end of... the rest of your life' google keeps bringing up random other tracks, nothing pop musicy from what i can see. it was a generic dancy technoey type song so there is all kinds of voices and effects on everything anyway so its hard to say who was singing what...

If I had the song to play it into a mobile phone, I wouldnt be asking what it is... I dont even own a radio and if it came on when I was driving I couldnt exactly whip out my phone and use it... Anyone else with an idea of what it is?

Best bet for food there it to get big bags of stuff like chicken nuggets - tesco economy frozen is the daddy! hmmn... for the networking thing, I think you would need to buy a printer server which is basically a little module that you attach into a port on your router, which deals with it all... or just run a computer that is always turned on, connected to the router. that would share it too.

wax is the daddy, it actually holds the hair how you want it, I always found with gel that it would stay like you wanted it to for a bit, then dry out and go floppy or generally crap. Also wax stays pretty good in the wet whereas gel just dies and flops.

Alright guys, was wondering what people thought about this too, probably people who have been going more than 5 years... I think ive been going since I was 11, and now im 19, lol! As of the last 6 months, pretty much the start of summer, I havent felt like going out on my bike, its just got a bit dull. As a kid I always reckoned that 'yeh, i'll never give up till I die' but now I can see I pretty much have, its weird! Ive still got my bike and all my stuff for if I want to go for a blast, but in my current mindset I dont feel like riding anymore. Im not asking for people to suggest new things for me to try as well, thats not what this post is about, as I dont see the point in trying to force myself to ride for the sake of it! I guess im just asking what happened to people in this situation, do you gradually get back into it again or have some of you not ridden for like a year!? Random, open topic, discuss! hehe.

Yeh, this is a national thing, microsoft has purposely engineered a shortage on release day - so they can claim that they sold out on the first day - its a publicity stunt that grabs the consumer by the balls and squeezes.
