They are a right mission to get off, just buy a new one, 12 quid for echo 1. I know it can be removed but its a task!, get a chain whip and i work mate, put wheel in that, and get a huge pole and put it on end of whip and jump in it. Cheers Wilky

Possibly but i find it throws me off.

I have found out that pedaling is better, well for me anyways, i have found this because iam further foward on my bike. And i find bunny hops are harder because iam to far back. Cheers Wilky

Try getting the colour matched at a halfords and get a can of spray, Use wet and dry and CAREFULLY run it down and undercoat and final coat, then laquar, but use masking tape and cover spokes and nipples, make the job look tidy. Cheers Wilky

I've found with acs when they start making horrible sounds you can only do so much, i oil it, and leave it but with my experince its near the end of its life, i have been through 4 of them. But clean it and lube it and see how it goes. good luck Cheer Wilky
