  1. One of the most important things is grammer, make sure it all up to scratch and layed out well if not most companies will just throw it in bin with out even reading it. Try not to make it to long winded or they will just get bored and bin it. Just get all the key appealling features in about your self
  2. Already do and usually have tele on or music, but can never really feel totally comfortable and mum is pretty old fashioned. Its not her thats the problem needing a gag its the noise from the bed more than anything. Ust to be great back in college always had a freehouse on certain days.
  3. My girltroubles are that we never get a freehouse must be over 6months since the last time me and the gal had one.
  4. sounds a mint idea, but then again your limited to the amount of riders really that can enter i would say, and obviously top riders would be choosen not standard riders. I think the question thats needs to be answered is, is the competition there to show of trials to the public and show what possible. or is the competition there formost to be a good comp for all riders to enter which is something different to the norm. Knowing that will help decide the format as to whether anyone can enter or its limited with mainly top level riders.
  5. Its a good idea , but the only problem is that it only allows top level riders to win and show off, not fair on lower level riders. Id favour towards doing a normal style comp.
  6. Depending on the city, and aslong as it has good train links you should get a good following for it. You could do a normal format of so many dabs like in natural comps or you could do a format such as highest tap and highest sidehop ect or may be even both. Personally although it would be great i dont think the personal training from danny mac will be what people would want.
  7. wouldn't mind a closer view of dropouts
  8. Looks like most tgs bikes do, not to my taste really.
  9. may be 13 as i believe people use 16:13.
  10. i think its pritty impressive.
  11. If you put an idea up like this then your bound to get negative comments so saying sign your name......... is just being childish and not being able to take on board other peoples views and build from that and is a poor attitude for a business man. Yes you could select people very carefully, but hpw many times on here have people been ripped off by sellers and then there friends comment saying this sooo isnt like ..... hes a good lad blah blah. You can create any persona you want of your self on a computer and may seem to be a nice person but in life be a twat. And people vouching for you can't be used as people being ripped off by sellers is a prime example where there friends think there top guys. Its also easy to go off the radar in a sense as when your buying something you may pm a person and not get an answer so you get a msn address and get blocked. You get a phone number and no answer, it can be extremely difficult to contact someone. If it was my business not a chance i would do it personally. Also how many times have we heard of someone selling something and then not having the money to send it, stupid and doesn't make sense really but it happens. Same goes here what if someone can't pay to send the frame, what if they decide to hold on to the frame for abit longer. Pepole on this forum are great at saying ill do it tomorow or itll be with you next week and so on.
  12. Stupidest idea ever, well not really its a ok idea but never going to work and stupid idea from a business sense, because its bound to go missing. Unsure on the law exactly but unless you make people sign a contract somehow they could just not send on the frame and keep it, and your in a different country any way so its not like you could bring legal actions against them anyway if you could. Plus it will never get a proper testing due to the amount of time people having it, it will take them that time to get ust to it. 2 or 3 riders with different riding style will give a much better testing.
  13. i imagined its pronouced roo-long
  14. well its going to be stiffer than heatsinks no matter what due to it being like a booster but heavier though, couple it with a xtr booster and it should be amazingly stiff
  15. Where are these going to be available from and what will the price be? One of these coupled with a xtr booster, possibly the stiffest brake going
  16. You bt's geo was ruffly 1080 depending on forks 375 and 10 bb. The reason it will have felt so long will have been the reach as they have a long reach.
  17. are you even going to ride this one, this time?
  18. if my gf moans i havn't bougth her anything recently i just ask her when was the last time she bought me anything. Just turn it around and say how does she prove her love when did she buy you something last.
  19. I thought it was pritty pap. Where were all the bond gadgets? where was usual scenes of a hot girl naked, you could hardly call him kissing a lasses back that. Lost its bondness i thought, also the story line was just baffling, i didn't even find out what the quantum of solace was. I got the jist of it all but it wasn't the easiest to follow.
  20. If im right your the dude that argued about you wasnt going to start wearing a helmet when in your last video people where saying you should. what changed? you now are as for the video was pritty good i thought
  21. Ive got an old bt raven 5 sexual frames not sure on the red personally you need to see it in person really though i supose
  22. Really like the frame design, whats the plans for the geo then? personally Id only look at the frame if the bb rise was below 30 i cant stand higher.
  23. agreed, much easier to just slacken all the spokes off and retension it. If you dont no how to sort an egg out you could proberly do with the practice anyway so i would retension it.
  24. Cant remember what the czars bb height extactly is but ino its not high. Usually a higher stem is used for 2 things to counter the bb rise usually on high bb bikes because having your feet higher will make you feel like you going over the front end, and to improve rear wheel control. The downside is that if your into you manuels and bunnyhops its not good as the front end is to hard to pull up. By the sounds of it your the type of rider into your manuels and old skool riding so your going to want the front end to pull up nicely. If you was only going to be doing 180's 360's manuels and stuff and pritty much no real trials just more bmxy stuff then a 60mm stem would be good, but if you are planning on doing some trials mixed in so like john shrewsbury style then the 60mm i would say would really hinder the control on the back wheel and being able to gap decent so in that case i would go for something around 90 with 10 rise or so and fiddle with spacers. Putting more spacers under should help the front end come up. And stem around that will suit the frame its just a matter of you getting the spacers right and a nice set of bars you like. thought id try help you abit more, hope its helped
  25. Let me get this right, you buy a frame by how strong it is, does geometry not come into this somewhere? When im looking for a new frame the first thing i do is find frames with the geo i like, and then look into strength, but even then just because you ride street doesn't mean you have to have a strong frame. Id much rather sacrifice strength over the ride if its going to help me improve.
