  1. Yeah, that drives me mad too. The amount of new Passats I've seen driven like this is beyond normal. I actually hate those cars with a passion because of that. Not only do they have f**king strong headlamps which are really annoying in the evening or at night, but they also have led brake lights which are almost as blinding as fog lamps. They're driven by idiots who talk over the phone all the time, tailgate you and constantly look out for a chance to overtake but never actually overtake. I also hate it when people manifest their dissatisfaction when you leave a gap in front of you while driving slow in a traffic jam. I've got a mighty heavy clutch in my car, if I was to change gear, accelerate and brake all the time just to keep as close to the car in front of me as possible, I'd be sidehopping higher than Damon right now or would have a completely f**ked knee. Why not maintain a constant low speed at tick over? That's why I like driving behind lorries in jams, they rarely brake or accelerate. edit: oh, and I hate Civic and BMW E36 / E30 drivers. They're usually young and stupid, constantly change lanes in traffic to get ahead of other cars. And they don't just indicate that they want to change the lane and wait, they indicate right after they've started the manouver. f**king tossers. Obviously a generalisation but it's so common for drivers of these cars who are usually of a certain age group and treat their cars like a performance vehicle which only has a miserable 4 pot engine and an exhaust so loud I can't hear my own radio.
  2. People who drive in hats. Unless it's an eastern European thing only, you'll know what kind of drivers they usually are.
  3. Love it, got a big sentiment towards those tyres. Good stuff
  4. He's back, finally! I grew up on his vids, really missing them now. Pretty sick riding for such a long break.
  5. That was brilliant. Made me want to ride a flicky bike.
  6. Not too good at them myself but: - Put all the weight on the front wheel when hooking and try not to loose momentum - DON'T try to go as deep into the wall as possible, that doesn't work. The closer your front wheel is to the edge of the wall, the better. - Speed - Legs fairly straight edit: oh and don't drop onto the obstacle, hit it going forward.
  7. Legends say that he sidehopped over the cannon of one of the PLA's tanks driving towards the Tiananmen square in 1989. Broadcasters named him the Trials Man.
  8. I don't think any nation in the world would be stupid enough to launch a nuclear attack. To be honest I was much more worried when Russia declared war on Georgia or whatever it's called in English.
  9. Purple and Brown help me deal with stress. As does Top Gear. Youtube the first one if you don't know it.
  10. It's amazing how Benito is still capable of setting world records. He's pretty old isn't he?

In five years we'll all be using 100GB/s EvenSupererSpeed USB.
  12. Been posted on here so many times, here's the current state of my good ol' Triton. Despite having it for almost 2 years now I still can't find a single fault with it. It's bombproof and idiot proof, springy and stiff at the same time. Absolutely love it. It's just the best investment in trials gear ever. Changed a few things over winter like the BB to a Reset and the pedals to Wellgo Ti and the gear ratio to 17:16. Fork was changed recently after my Echo SL split into 3 pieces. It weighs around 8,6kgs now which is rather nice for a strong bike. Going to change over to a short Echo Control 09 soon, looking forward to trying out something shorter and lighter with a lower bb rise.
  13. Yeah, that would be the case if 19" rims had a 15cm radius. But they're a bit bigger than that. 19" relates to the size of the wheel with the tyre of a given profile, not the actual size of the rim. Since 19" wheels use a different tyre profile, they have the same diameter as a 20" wheel.

What's the point if you won't be able to connect anything which utilises that speed for the next 10-20 years.
  15. Just get in contact with whoever you want privately. Nobody can stop you from buying or selling parts to someone outside the forum.
  16. You've blatantly been playing this.
  17. Yeah exactly my thoughts. If you're being sponsored, shut up when something like this happens. Topics like this one don't encourage companies to take an interest in riders who post them.
  18. It looks a bit messy to me. Especially the welds. But it's still 100x better than what Echo has to offer. And with that price tag it could be quite an alternative.
  19. Wouldn't worry about returning 10 quid if I couldn't find the owner. Obviously if there were documents inside the wallet helping me to identify the owner, I'd return it to him as it was found with everything inside.
  20. Echo TR's are apparently really good, one of my rider's TR lasted him much longer than the K810 chain. I used to run one Collapse chain for around 2,5 years, didn't snap.
  21. A fossil about 16 years ago in Scotland. Still have it.
  22. Hope this season has a lot of episodes.
